Prices have stopped pleasing. Previously, due to the low prices and convenience of visiting, it was interesting to go there. It's not like that anymore.
The assortment is good, there are enough staff in the shops. Order and beauty in the room.
Prices have gone up a lot, and today a girl in a hijab was working at the Rivereira branch (I couldn't find it on the map). When I wanted to ask her where the size 44 was, she walked very far away from me and whispered something. Yes, I understand this is a religious girl, but damn, why do they take such people for CUSTOMER SERVICE ???
Yes, there was no one next to her.
It's a good store. We only take men's shoes. By the way, sneakers and boots can also be purchased for women in the men's department. I took my running shoes and boots there. Maybe someone likes rougher shoes. And in the women 's department, the shoes are scary and the sizes will only fit on my nose . 😅
On October 01, 2022, I bought shoes here for 529900 soums. When buying, I clarified about the warranty, they said 40 days. Yesterday, November 05, 2022, I discovered that the sole began to peel off in the heel area on one shoe. Today, on November 06, 2022, I went to the store to take them under warranty. It's a quiet horror. I went up to the manager himself. He started telling me to my face that I was a liar, that his staff could not tell about 40 days, and the warranty was valid for only 30 days, that they were not responsible for the manufacturer and would not accept even an obvious manufacturing defect. They refused to provide a written refusal. They sent me to Turkey to deal with the manufacturer. To the question: "Why does he take money from me, but I have to deal with the Turkish manufacturer on my own?"; he could not explain anything. This is given that, in the case of an obvious manufacturing defect, a claim can be made up to six months. Laws don't seem to be held in high esteem here.
P.S. When choosing a place to buy shoes, I knew that it would be more expensive in the store than in the market. But I was sure that I was overpaying for quality and warranty service. As a result, it is better to buy on the market. You will spend less money on shoes that will also last more than 35 days. The warranty doesn't work here anyway. And then, they say: "Go seal it up in the city, it's still good."
P.S.S. I don't recommend this store. If possible, avoid it. I don't know about the chain of stores, but I wouldn't be surprised if this is their policy.
A store with many different shoe brands. The price/quality is controversial. The 350,000 ked model starts to peel off from the side of the sock
The most famous brand on sale is U.S. Polo
Everyone thinks that prices are low here. In fact, the prices are very high for such low-quality shoes. Their shoes are like a lottery - they'll be lucky if they live to see next season.
A huge building. But a small assortment. Being the head shop, I was going to find more here than in Bukhara. But no. Bukhara is better.
The prices are unrealistic for this kind of product.
The staff does not care who entered the store and who was passing through. No attention, you can't find a pair, the size is not clear where, and so on…
