I am writing about the work of flixbus in Italy. It's terrible, I don't recommend it to anyone. I use it when there are no options at all. In 100 cases, he is late in 98. Take into account these delays, I do not recommend using this company if you have a transfer later or a plane.
An excellent means of transportation in Europe. Clean and comfortable buses, comfortable chairs, monitors in the headrests of those sitting in front, games, movies, music, but it's better to take your own headphones - you've never been "given out" for three trips. they go according to schedule. The difference from electric trains is a wide variety of routes and no transfers. The prices are quite acceptable for everyone!
We went from Prague to Vienne at night on the 18th. 4.30 am stopped to rest. I had to go to the toilet. I asked the driver where is the toilet here(who did not understand English), says that the toilet opposite is in the building, but is now closed. I asked what was inside the bus, meaning the toilet of the bus. He replied that it was for OTHER PEOPLE!!! I mean, what the hell!! What kind of people are they who can go to the toilet of the bus, but we can't?!! Other than that, there is no waiting room at all!! We were waiting on a cold street, 4_5 degrees!!
Flixbus is a company that I do not advise anyone to contact!!! This is a terrible and dishonest company towards passengers. The rudeness of the drivers is off the scale. They can drop a passenger off on a platform in a foreign country while waiting for another bus that won't come at all. The company's operators do not pick up the phone. I was driving Kiev - Katowice - Budapest. I went to Katowice, But there is no bus to Budapest even in the schedule. Why lie to passengers like that? The money was not returned, the phone was not answered at all. I got as far as I could. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
On December 25, the Lyon-Innsbruck bus driver did not put me on the bus at 20:45. The reason for the refusal is that I allegedly have a fake receipt for payment for the transportation of ski equipment. In response to my complaints, the driver started pushing me and talking in raised tones. I prevented the departure of the bus and insisted on calling the police. The police arrived and told me that my ticket had been cancelled due to aggressive behavior.

I was afraid to buy tickets, but I bought them anyway. the flight was Prague-Munich in the morning. and Munich-Prague back at night. so my husband and I liked everything! The buses left the route exactly on time, were very comfortable, with free WI-FI and USB charging near each window seat. and the arrival time was appropriate. so read less negative comments, because if a person is satisfied with something, then he is too lazy to write about it. but just about the good few people will write. I thought about it too, so I decided to write something good in defense.
I went on the Prague-Bologna flight, from Prague to Munich. The bus arrived on time, comfortable, clean. Two drivers, in white ironed shirts. Just before the trip, we stopped for a "technical break" with the toilet, then two hours later we stopped at another one. Everything is fine, calm, the fellow travelers are all normal, adequate and good (otherwise they scared me that it was unclear who was driving these buses). The Internet was working; they let me in with two medium-sized bags and didn't say anything about it. I recommend it:)
I went with them 4 times - Brussels-Luxembourg (round trip) and Brussels-Amsterdam (round trip). Only one bus was delivered in half an hour, as promised, and left on time. Two buses arrived 5-10 minutes before departure and left late, respectively. Amsterdam-Brussels was delayed for 1.5 hours. Notifications about the delay were sent only through the application (which, given the problems with the Internet in roaming, is completely inconvenient) and already in fact, when it was already clear that the bus would not be for a long time. As a result, instead of 23:45, we arrived at 2:20, because we also got to some road works. It's good that I had a hotel near the train station. So I do not advise you to take tickets for the last buses.
I bought tickets on the Copenhagen - Malmo route. An error occurred on the website during the payment. I called the support service, they said that the money would be returned in 3 days, and now you can pay through the app. As a result, the same error occurred in the application. Now I have two ticket payments, but not a single ticket! Flixbus employees cannot solve the problem and do not want to ((there is no money or tickets (They only said to wait for a refund, according to information from the bank, it is 11 working days. I strongly advise against contacting this office.
Good time of day! I do not recommend using the services of this company. We were traveling from Bari to Rome on 06/15/2019. The driver heard the Russian speech and refused to put us on the bus, saying that we had bags in our hands, but they could not be on the bus with them. He turned out to put it in the luggage, saying that he needed to pack it in a suitcase. The tickets don't say anything about it. It says hand luggage 7 kg and luggage 20. At the same time, the driver pushed, kicked at the package, shouted, and when the police arrived, and a protocol was drawn up on him, he spat. It's just terrible!!! I had to buy bus tickets from another company.
We went from Dresden to Berlin. The bus is dirty, it was not heated in winter, there is no Wi-Fi, no charging, and there is no toilet in sight, one joy is that it arrived on time. The ticket should not cost that much money at all. The gadget is a hundred times better. I will never go by flixbass again.
We used the services of this company 2 times, from Genoa to Cannes and from Savona to Cannes. The first time the bus was 20 minutes late, but in 3 hours an SMS came to the phone about it, they caught up with the delay on the way, so it's not critical. The second time it was all on time and comfortably. The toilet is working, everything is clean. I recommend
I traveled 4 times in Central Europe and Italy, there were no problems (once I stayed for an hour in Bratislava, but not critically). They were always allowed into the salon with bags and packages.The prices are the most affordable. It's strange to read so many complaints.

I used it 4 times. Flights Florence-Pisa, Pisa-Florence, Salerno-Rome, Vienna-Bratislava (I paid extra for certain seats on this flight). Always at a good time with good internet, no complaints. The only thing was that it was cool in the cabin on the evening flight from Salerno to Rome.
Very bad company. The stated Internet connection did not work during the entire flight from Prague to Munich. We informed the driver about this, it did not help.
They paid for choosing a specific place where they wouldn't get seasick, but another person sat down there and refused to leave it. I had to sit at the very end, where I got seasick.
We drove Regiojet - no problem!
I didn't like it. I had to get nervous. We were traveling from Venice to Croatia, the bus was an hour late. No explanations or apologies. No one warned me. During the trip, the bus was delayed for another hour from the schedule. In total, we arrived with a delay of 2 hours.
They tried to leave Venice for Bologna. Shortly before the departure time, a text message came that the bus was delayed by 50 minutes. Okay, sometimes we'll wait... But the most remarkable thing is that the bus never stopped at the stop — after a two-hour wait, they found on the website that the bus was already late not to Venice, but to Bologna.
I do not recommend using the services of this company!
They have lost their luggage and refuse to take responsibility. They just don't respond to emails and that's it.

We went by FlixBus from Bari to Sicily.
Very comfortable buses! I came and went on time. You can choose seats on the bus.
It was scary to drive it on local roads at night.=)

I bought a ticket from Dresden to Prague on 07/25/19. departure time is 20:45 At 21:15 on the day of departure, the carrier sent a message about the cancellation of the flight. As a result, I had to buy a ticket for the next flight at 3:10 a.m., i.e. 6 hours later. I had to wait at the train station in Dresden on a wooden bench!!! I do not recommend using this serais. The money for the cancelled flight was not refunded!!!
The order was canceled, although they paid extra for the seats, everything was booked, bought... A week later, the order was canceled, for no reason... I do not recommend it
