I'm thrilled with this studio! Professional trainers, a cozy atmosphere and an individual approach to each client make stretching classes truly special.
Trainers always make sure that the exercises are performed correctly and help you adjust your technique.
The studio is equipped with everything you need: high-quality hammocks, comfortable mats, pleasant music and cleanliness. The atmosphere here is very inspiring and friendly — the perfect place to relax after a day at work and work on your body.

My favorite studio ❤
I've been walking for over a year now, I've tried different directions, but aerostretching is in my heart. I attended the classes of several trainers - excellent specialists with knowledge, pleasant and attentive. However, I would like to recommend Coach Apollinaria on my own. I fell in love with her from the first training session and to this day I only go to her)
In her classes, she combines working out all muscle groups, stretching and the prettiest elements on a hammock of different difficulty levels. Plus, an individual approach and a sensitive attitude to everyone are guaranteed. And, of course, it is worth mentioning her radiance, kindness and the incredible atmosphere that she creates thanks to her professionalism and personal qualities.
As for the studio itself, it is cozy, there is a small locker room, a spacious hall with all the necessary equipment. The hammocks are long, so you can perform various elements without reaching the ceiling with different parts of your body (in some other studios, this confused me). There is also a cooler with water, hygiene products necessary for girls, rubber bands for forgetfulness. The administrators are friendly and helpful, they will always help and answer all your questions. Subscription prices are absolutely adequate in the current reality and, importantly, by buying one subscription, you can try out different directions and choose what you like.

Everything is fine here: coaches, location and service. Until I came across something that I didn't like.
It is convenient to get there, it is pleasant to be there and the training is effective)
It's also cool that the subscription has no reference to the day, time and direction - for me this was the main point when choosing.
