Someone writes negatively, but our experience with Flat360 was completely different. We ordered the design of the apartment and were satisfied with the result. The visual part was thought out and the technical side of the project was on top. All our wishes were taken into account, and there were no serious problems at the implementation stage. Although we are very scrupulous, we tormented Elena with questions. I'm sorry))) Maybe you're just unlucky, but our experience shows that the project is quite OK. Especially for such a price!

I highly do not recommend this company or designer. I have not seen the most stupid project, there are a lot of errors, a lot of fixes are currently in the process of repair and for the period of project creation (2 months). It feels like the designer has been a beginner for a week and has absolutely no experience. I highly do not recommend it . You will redo , finish , correct , prompt , and so on . 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

We recently bought an apartment on Kamennaya Gorka. The apartment is old, you come in, it smells like the Soviet Union. They understood that they would have to carry out major repairs. We found guys who were able to make a cool design project. We met the deadline, we couldn't wait to move into it as soon as possible! Thanks for the work!

The technical and visual part of the project is disgusting. I'm attaching a photo, just so that if you have an idea to order a project from them, you would think 100 times. How many jambs were revealed at the stage of rough finishing, and, most offensively, at the implementation stage, when the walls were already painted.
We applied for the service, since we are NOT DESIGNERS and are not obliged to understand the technical part of the project, much less sit and check what we are incompetent at, we pay money for it.
I am attaching a photo of one of the many jambs for clarity and understanding.
I do not recommend it. Time spent, money and nerves.

I ordered a design project with visualization. the design of the project initially did not like much because of elementary mistakes. During the repair process, problems were revealed in almost all elements of the design project. There was no point in ordering a design project from the word at all. It is better to throw off the foreman of pictures from Pinterest, it will be much better.
Money for bad work is not refunded!

Great design studio! We ordered a project for an apartment on Nesterov 78. Everything was done very quickly and professionally, all wishes were taken into account. At the exit, we received very detailed drawings, without which it would be very difficult to make repairs. 3d visualization was not ordered, but it was not needed. Everything is clear and clear. As a bonus, we also received collages of interior solutions, which are selected based on our style preferences. In general, everything is great, thank you very much!

I do not recommend taking a minimal design roll. As a result, you will compose it yourself. There will be a lot of mistakes and edits, and there will be a minimum of interior tips. Visually, they will give you only what you find on the Internet, and they will draw exactly what you say on the plan. If you don't understand the design yourself, then you risk getting a non-working project at the exit.
You will not be guided by the amount of repairs, you will have to count everything yourself. As a result, there is a great risk to go beyond the budget. You will not communicate with the designer himself, only through an intermediary. This results in a "broken phone" and a misunderstanding.
Why such a design? I regret that I did not apply to another company.

I ordered a standard without 3D visualization.
What you won't get:
- Collages (you will receive images from the Internet that will not give you a visualization of how the proposed option will look, and this was a competitive advantage of the company). You will be offered visualization for an additional fee.
- Scans at the stage of project approval. This is spelled out in the contract, but in some cases (as in mine) seeing the scan earlier would help prevent mistakes. You will receive the scans after payment and then you will not be able to change anything without additional payment.
- Contacts of furniture makers / salons with budget prices (and this does not coincide with the positioning of this organization as a budget one). In my case, we are talking about prices 25% higher for the kitchen. Tile options were offered for $45 per square meter.
- Colors of furniture facades
- Textiles (what specific curtains and colors)
- The structure of the shelves in the cabinets
- Tile layout
If you are not confused by this list, then I recommend this company. It's a pleasure to work with Elena - everything is clear and to the point.

Thanks to the Flat 360 team for their professionalism, responsiveness, good attitude towards me as a client and efficiency! We asked the studio for help with the layout of the new building and received three excellent options for our requests - we chose one for a long time. The renovation is a complex project and of course everything did not go according to plan, the studio was very loyal and, at our request, sent us the necessary layouts / drawings in advance. All drawings are very clear and detailed. All our wishes have been taken into account. Well-reasoned planning recommendations were also received.
In general, when you have a project and drawings in your hands, it greatly simplifies communication / understanding with builders. With a project where the dimensions and distances are specified in detail, I quickly get a calculation of the cost of work, and also as a customer I can refer to the project, and not argue with the builders, as I told you, the outlet should be here...

They are making a fairly detailed design project. Attention to deadlines and important details. I communicated with Elena personally by telegram, and in general everything is fine.
