Despite the fact that the store as a whole makes a good impression, my experience turned out to be extremely negative due to the unskilled work of the consultants. Six months ago, I went to the store to undergo a trichoscopy and choose the right care. The consultant recommended the shampoo and mask of the TASHE brand, noting them as ideal for my hair type and scalp.
Unfortunately, the result of using the products turned out to be deplorable. After the first applications of shampoo, the condition of the hair worsened. Contacting the store's Instagram only led to advice to continue using it, despite the negative reaction. The combined use of shampoo and mask led to even more serious consequences – the hair was damaged.
It was only after consulting with a professional master who understands the ingredients that I realized that the recommended TASHE products did not suit me at all. As a result, the unprofessional consultation led to a loss of money, a spoiled mood and serious damage to my hair (grade 4/5), although I had never dyed my hair or used thermal appliances before. In general, most of the products do not have a very good composition.
Recommendation: If you want to choose a really suitable care, it is better to contact a qualified trichologist, rather than rely on consultations in a store that can harm your hair.
