The first line, a gorgeous clean beach, a spacious and cozy room. The rooms have daily cleaning, change of towels, bed linen, etc. Despite the language barrier, we became very friendly with the staff. For this, I express my great gratitude to all of you Everyone is very friendly and hospitable. Freddy helped me with many questions at the reception, for which I thank him very much. The food is normal, you can find something for yourself to taste) But if anything, shops and cafes are within walking distance. Everything is great, I really liked it. I hope to see you again!!!!!!!👍🫶❤️💜💚

I visited this hotel in March 2019, the travel agency designed the hotel as a 4* and so it is positioned on many sites, in fact, the usual 3*, no more. The information provided on the sites does not correspond to reality. The hotel does not have its own territory, there is little space everywhere: in the bar near the reception, in the restaurant, and in the pool, where all the sun beds are occupied by residents on the 2nd floor, there is no entertainment program, annimation, sports, the hotel is absolutely not designed for families with children. The sea is very choppy, there were waves all 10 days, the descent is of course gentle, you can perfectly jump and swing on the waves, but you can not swim calmly at all, children have nothing to do in the sea, it is dangerous. The food is 3 stars, the choice is small, of course there is no seafood, fish of the same variety such as Vietnamese pangasius, now it is the season of fruits, avocados, mangoes, pineapples are fed to cattle, and here they serve finely chopped pieces like compote, vegetables are few, rubber tomatoes, cucumbers, beets, carrots, this is in bulk in Russia. There are no drinks freely available, and coffee, juices, etc. have to be begged from the waiters, who are very slow, unfriendly, dissatisfied with something. The coffee is disgusting, very similar to instant, there is no tea. I was very surprised that according to the all-inclusive system, bottled drinking water is paid, they don't even give out one. We are looking for one restaurant, 3 bars: in the lobby, near bamsein and near the beach, where they give out only drinks and a tiny pizzeria for 4 tables with 3 varieties of pizza. The food was just disappointing. There are no bathrobes, slippers, shower caps, cotton swabs, shower gel in the rooms, only low-grade soap and shampoo. The hotel is designed only to sunbathe, to the center, where the Ferris wheel, shops and more are 1 km away. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I certainly will not return a second time.
