No refund if you get stuck with this hotel. The hotel was in such abad condition that the management confessed remodeling will start soon. Beds and the facility smelled old and outdated. Do not believe the pictures on line, they are over 8 years old. Absolutely disgusting and arrogant responses when asked for refund, had to leave and lose payment of 10 days. Vacation from hell in Larnaca, we are very disappointed. Dont book in this hotel Flamingo, there are 4 hotels nextdoor more modern and in much better condition for 5% more per night, but is worried to be elsewhere than in stinky Flamingo hotel.

Although the hotel is old and in need of renovation, it is very decent. There are beautiful beaches nearby. Decent and delicious food.

The rooms are broken, the air conditioning is not working, the pool on the roof has not been there for a long time + just not far from the sea. You have to pay for the refrigerator separately
