Good afternoon, everyone.
The rating is low due to maintenance. The conditions in the rooms are good if you choose your own room. They offer rooms with a view of the dirty neighbor's yard.
There is a TV, the remote control did not work.
Breakfast is included, mainly prepared from semi-finished frozen products from a nearby market, such as pancakes with minced meat, khinkali...There were fried potatoes, salads and vegetables were not offered. Bagels from the market...for tea... coffee..
The dining room is hot, there is no air conditioning. There is no way to move breakfast outside, there is one dirty table where the owners smoke or sit, there is a noisy little child. It is not possible to sit in the courtyard of the hotel, there are no conditions.
Linen is not changed, towels are not changed either. Room cleaning is not provided.
There is an opportunity to make tea for yourself, but one enameled kettle for two floors.
The owners don't know much Russian. It's hard to ask for anything. They asked the owners to change the bath towel on the third day, they did not immediately give a replacement - they washed, dried and took it away only in the evening, given that they often took a shower after the sea.
The main thing is that it is far from the center and it is very inconvenient to get acquainted with the town. The owners are unfriendly.
The director of the tour agency is aware of our opinion, when checking in she showed other photos from the courtyard.
We were in Kobuletti last year, the hotel was different, the experience was great, so we came again.
Great guest house! Air conditioning, buffet breakfasts (Varied), the hosts are responsive. Laundry, ironing, kitchen on the floor (For a more economical stay).
I have been vacationing in Kobuleti for the second year, but I have not yet met such an attitude from the owners of the hotel! The impression is that they are mute, the reaction to any requests is silence. They asked to change the towels (after 4 days of stay!), they were taken from us, you washed them and then brought them back! There is one table in the courtyard for all the hotel guests (like those who managed to get there). How is it possible to be in Georgia! for breakfast, they only gave vegetables once, I'm not talking about fruit anymore! There is a kettle in the kitchen, which was probably found at the flea market. After being reminded of the availability of a hair dryer in the room, probably the cheapest models were bought, which are impossible to use! To sum up, I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Apart from a good location, this hotel has no advantages!
Pleasant and helpful owners. Delicious food. Two steps to the sea. The rooms are small, but everything is there. Refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, shower with toilet, towel. But I would like to clean the room at least 2 times a week and change towels. It's a little far from the center.
Lovely hotel, just a few minutes walk from the sea 😍 the sea is clean - I had a rest in June.
The hotel is new, the room is spacious with a balcony and a good view, everything is clean and tidy! There is a kitchen, and a refrigerator in the room)
And any tourist dreams of the hospitality of the hotel owner, Juba, thank you for a great stay, we will definitely come back again!
There are shops, ATMs, cafes near the hotel. The location, in a word, is very good
The hotel is just a bomb!)
Clean, well renovated, all necessary appliances in the room. It's great that the location is two steps from the sea and a little to the right of the center of Kobuleti — fewer tourists and more of that very Georgian nature, kaaaaife!)
We were there in June 2022, the discoverers of hehe
Special respect to the host for his hospitality!
I can't rate the guest house - we weren't there, but we went to lunch with the family.
I haven't eaten worse hinkals - overcooked with dumpling dough and disgusting minced meat - it's small, but still money thrown away.
There is no maintenance.
It is very slow and uninterested, but they include % of the service fee in the bill.
If you don't want to be disappointed, you don't need to eat here.
