I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of service at the Fix Price store. First of all, I can't help but mention that there is no Internet access inside the institution. This is the modern era, and it is inconceivable that such a large store would not offer its customers the opportunity to connect to the network. As a consumer, I expect that a market claiming its reputation will take care of such basic needs of its visitors. Secondly, the inability to pay for goods only makes the situation worse. Taking into account the fact that there is no Internet, I have to run outside, harass myself to catch a mobile network signal and make a payment. This is not only inconvenient, but also inefficient due to the loss of time and the need to make additional efforts. I believe that Fix Price should pay more attention to the convenience of its customers and provide them with payment options that meet modern standards. In addition, such an attitude towards the Internet and payment indicates that the Fix Price store either skimps on solving the problem of amplifying the Internet signal, not wanting to invest in improving services, or simply does not respect its customers. In both cases, this is not a sign of the solidity and professionalism that I expect from such a point of sale. As a result, frustration and distrust of the Fix Price store are only increasing. I recommend that other customers pay attention to these issues before visiting this store. I hope that the Fix Price administration will pay attention to my comments and take measures to improve the service conditions in order to meet the needs of its customers.
