Two stars only for a fairly large assortment in the store, as well as for a calm cashier-seller.
We went shopping with a young man, the time was the beginning of the ninth evening. We were standing in the department of household chemicals and hangers. We were choosing a product, and a loader cleaner started mopping the floors in front of us in this department, taking into account that there was still an hour before closing, so we carefully tried to step over and get the product we needed by stepping on the washed floor. And then rudeness flew at the MC, "YOUNG MAN, DON'T YOU WANT TO WALK TO THE MAT?" I was shocked by the rudeness. She spoke obscenely to her young man, to which the Manager overheard everything (or who this woman was, I still did not understand). I went to the cashier to ask for a book of complaints and suggestions, because this is not the first time this situation has happened with this loader cleaner. (For the first time, this elderly man was extremely outraged that the customer decided to take the product he was posting).
After asking for a book, the manager came up to me (let's call her that). I asked for a book, to which she began to prove to me that this claim was not to me, but to a young man, and therefore he should write a complaint. (This was how I made three requests, and only on the third one did this woman decide to bring me a book with the words "since this is a principled position, I'll bring it now). For a second, the woman was not interested in resolving the conflict verbally, simply allowing her to speak out and promising to take action.
She brought this book to me, I went away to write a review, to which she first began and controlled what I was writing, then, seeing that I was continuing, she approached the Young man and began to speak out to the whole store so that I would point out that I had used obscene language in a public place, threatening the police, and saying that she had a camera the one who writes the sound, my MC told her to call, and wrote a statement, to which the manager's ardor subsided, and at the moment she began to loudly tell the cleaner that a complaint was being written against him (very professionally, you can't say anything, like in kindergarten). After completing the claim, she came up and began to put pressure on the pity that there was no one to work here anyway, the cleaner was paid 200 rubles, he plowed here for three, so he lived his life and did not put anyone in anything. I gave her my claim and left.
In the evening after 8 it is very quiet and sparsely populated. It attracts me. A store with a bunch of trinkets))) but you can always take small things for toys for a child and plus there is a wrapping gift paper)
