excellent hotel if you are skiing in Almaty.
It is no frills but clean and well kept.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful rest.
A new hotel. 5 houses, each with 5 rooms, a living room, a kitchen, there are dishes. Breakfast is included to choose from. The girls cook very tasty.
The beds and mattresses are comfortable, large 2-bedroom and comfortable.
The rooms are cozy and clean. There is a kettle, cups.
Although there are wishes ...
There were no hygiene products (shampoo, gel, soap)
, the hair dryer is weak, my short hair had to be dried and styled from 6 attempts. The hair dryer was constantly turned off.
Towels have not been changed once in 6 days, the rooms have not been cleaned
In general, I liked everything.
I will be in Almaty, I will stay here.

Beware, scammers!!
This is not a hotel, and certainly not a 4-star, it is a hostel that charges money for the price of the hotel.
The entire ground floor consists of rooms with common areas on the floor, kitchen, toilet. Even if you have rented a room with a private bathroom, be prepared for the fact that you will have to go to the room through the first floor, where people in underpants and slippers go to the toilet or drunk companies sit drinking in the kitchen.
There is no sound insulation in the rooms, you will hear every word of everyone sitting in the kitchen. It is impossible to sleep - half the night the hostel residents are sitting in the shared kitchen and yelling at the whole hotel.
In addition, scammers work at the hotel. Not only did they not warn that it was impossible to stay with them, they also did not refund the prepayment (they booked through MTS Travel, on the same day I wrote to both support and mail that they did not stay at the hotel, I attached a screenshot of correspondence with the hotel administrator that we were leaving and would not be staying at their hotel, I attached a video where I show that this is not a hotel but a hostel in common areas - MTS Travel support does not take any steps to refund the money)...
