I am extremely disappointed with the services of this fitness club. I paid for the annual subscription as an extension of the existing one, and the coach promised that the 5 remaining workouts from the previous subscription would be transferred to the new one. But already at the first training session after paying the annual subscription, I was informed that the old training sessions had "burned out". Moreover, the price suddenly increased from 110 thousand tenge to 130 thousand tenge, although in the official price list the maximum price is indicated at 120 thousand tenge for elite coaches. Natalia, the manager says I don't know anything, find out the price from the coach, that is, their employees set the price themselves!
When I asked to terminate the contract and return the money, I was refused, although coach Ainura deliberately hid information about the price increase until the moment of payment.
In the summer, I had a conflict with this club, I was not allowed into the club, with a paid annual subscription, simply because 1 personal training session was not paid, although this is a gross violation of the contract of services that I paid for! I wrote a review at that time, but everyone from the club - sales manager Natalia, coach Ainura, and Vitaly asked me to delete it. I deleted it and now I see that it was in vain! They do not want to make a refund, they clung to this money that has not yet been earned and do not want to hear anything! They don't care about the rights of the client, nor the rights of the consumer, nor the quality of their services, nothing!!! I have never seen such a bawdy attitude towards clients anywhere! This is a dishonest club, with dishonest employees! I do not advise you to visit this club! Before signing a contract with them, read carefully so that there will be no unpleasant surprises tomorrow! They don't follow the laws. We will have to resolve the issue with the help of lawyers.
