You can't go in to see it, I bought it blindly for a month. The condition of the showers needs to be improved, the application crashes frequently. We need our own towels and gel. No coolers, no pool. I liked different group classes, especially stretching and fit boxing, but the boxing room is small. In general, the economy room is for students, cramped though round-the-clock. I don't know, though, who would want to lunge at night). It is better to keep an eye on personal belongings, there may be theft in blind spots. A murky unsubscription system. You cannot delete the card data yourself in the application. It is unclear how to be sure that you have unsubscribed and will not withdraw money. Take the admin's word for it along the way. I decided to choose a more comfortable room for myself.

Cool room. Round-the-clock. Vending machines with the preparation of sports drinks (protein; BCAA; carnitine; energy). 4 boxing bags. The cardio zone is just huge. The view of the mountains is simply fascinating. The coaches are great. A bunch of challenges every month, earn points for participation and victories. Points can be calculated in Fitshop. Conclusion of the contract and payment - all remotely via the Caspian Sea. In general, everything is very advanced, I recommend it to everyone!

I do not advise anyone to get involved! You can't cancel your subscription, they require you to write some kind of statement.

I bought a monthly subscription. It is not possible to pay in cash or by QR. Only through the mobile application, where you must enter your bank card details. I studied for 3 weeks. After 17:00, the gym is crowded, very stuffy. The cardio zone is normal. But if iron is important, I do not recommend it (at least simulators).
On the next day, I came to study during the day - they say the gym is not working, come tomorrow (supposedly they install lockers). To the question "why wasn't they warned?" the administrator said that in the mobile application, there is a section with news in which there was news about repairs (that is, you need to log into the application every time and check if the hall is working now? A very strange approach, especially for fitness, which positions itself as 24/7). At that time, other people also approached me, who, like me, did not consider it necessary to clarify each time whether this institution was working. Alas, everyone had to go to another fitness center or go home. After that, I decided not to visit this hall.
Everything would be fine, but after a while I receive a notification from the bank about the debit of funds from my card from this fitness. I immediately write to support, to which they reply that I allegedly signed some kind of offer. And they throw off quotes from the contract. My request to cancel the subscription and refund the money requires a written statement! My card data is not available in the mobile application. I did not give consent to the storage of my card data.
As a result, we had to block the card and issue a new one. The money was not returned. If you don't want to repeat such an attraction of unprecedented generosity, then just go to a decent fitness.

NEVER CONTACT THIS CLUB!!!
Since February, we cannot get a refund for unused subscription days. They wrote a statement, replied that they would consider it within a few days and stopped just picking up the phone and answering messages (which they read). They wrote everywhere and to everyone, either they do not respond, or a standard unsubscription without semantic load, or we still have to wait. The club in Kostanay has been closed for a long time, there is nowhere to go to figure it out. Half a year of hassle and nothing. How can this happen in 21 years with such a large sports network? There are hundreds, if not thousands, of people like us, a bunch of outraged and tired people and their comments. We will write a statement to the Chamber of Consumers.

Even before the covid situation, the club was very good, but no one answered the phone during covid. They promised to open in October and provided 3 free months. Therefore, then somehow the new opening date turned out to be December. Well, God be with him, my perplexity arose after my request to refund the money for the subscription. Attention, I gave 300 thousand for a subscription, I was gone for 2 months, that is, 240 should have been returned to me. In fact, 130 thousand rubles were returned, although according to the contract, 30% of the amount was withheld in case of a refund. In general, deceivers and dishonest people, I highly recommend it.
