Customer feedback is bad and incorrect. I signed up for Beisekbaev 16\1 for engine and automatic transmission diagnostics on the company's website. The day before the diagnosis, the company called and confirmed my entry at the specified time (when asked to connect with the master to clarify the content of the diagnosis, they did not connect). Upon arrival, it turned out that I was signed up for a chassis diagnosis. There is no diagnosis of ACP, there are no specialists. I wasted my time and gasoline (I was leaving Kosshy). The disappointment in FIT Service is complete. I give a negative review.

The advertisement is too loud, it's not worth it. I stopped by with some problems, couldn't find the reason, and gave other reasons that didn't bother me at all. They ripped off the money, did something that did not bother them, but what they came with, these problems remained. In another ordinary service station, they found the reason and did it. At this time, a man in civilian clothes came up, greeted the receptionist, left and the young man informs me that the time appeared at 15:00, but then they will ironically diagnose, because this man in civilian clothes is another mechanic, although I asked that the one who went out to listen to the sound be engaged. I say write it down. I arrive at 14:30, give the keys, go on business. I arrive at the waiting area at 15:00, the car has not been driven. At 15:20, they drive the car, they start to gas heavily (it's not clear why), I go to them across the street to show them in what position this very sound appears, on the approach the receptionist who gassed says that I can not come here according to the regulations, but as it turned out later, but in a Helmet. I say give me a helmet. We approach the car, I want to get into the car to demonstrate what kind of sound, which I absolutely cannot do, allegedly you told us we should look for, but why not immediately show the one who will be engaged, although I asked to record it to the one who has already listened.
In general, I am very dissatisfied with the service in this service, there is no customer orientation, there were no such problems on Beisekbaev 16/1. There is no such attitude in Russia.
Guys! Do not waste your time, you should not go there, you can say the car service of lazy locksmiths, the diagnosis of the internal combustion engine was done for 2 hours.see how they work. I went to one car service and then to another of their car service, all diagnostic data vary!!! There is no professionalism
