But on the whole, I'm happy, although it's a bit expensive.

I want to note that the 2020 Toyota Camry car is under warranty and I had no problems with the wheels and in general in general) but the expert Master "Hottabych" or "Beard" wheel adjuster, hands from the wrong place, told how the Toyota factory does not adjust the wheels to precision and this can lead to wear tires. They convinced me and I paid - 7990 tenge, after which I regretted it very much. I left, I couldn't check right away, because the roads on Al-Farabi are not smooth and bad. And on another street and on a flat surface of the road, I noticed an erroneous convergence of the wheels, but it was too late because I was in a hurry to go to work. The next day, I called A la quality control in the buckets, reported the problem, I was assigned a re-geometry of the wheels.
I drove up, took the car and gave out the key, seeing me off with the words "We fixed everything", which I heard 3 times that day, yes, you heard right) 3 times I left and drove in again and again (1 time with the master). This time they realized that the case was incorrigible, either because of the Master of the "Beard", or it was because of a malfunction of the computer equipment. I killed my time by sitting there from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., after which I was sent to another branch on Zhirentaev Street to competent people who corrected the whole "jamb of their colleagues" for me, as they themselves voiced it. In general, the guys know their job, but there are problems with the organization of work and teamwork among employees, it is also worth working on communications. Master Ruslan tried his best, but the management needs to work on training and workload for each master so that the quality of services does not suffer.
Also, the price tag seemed a little too high, especially for spare parts. (The frontal oil seal, valve cover gaskets, gearbox oil seals and steering guides and tips were changed) it cost 175 thousand tenge together with the work.
Plus, it has a 1-year warranty or 20 thousand mileage.
Quickly and efficiently. There was a jamb for spare parts, a factory defect, they were replaced without unnecessary questions on the grant and without waiting in line. It's expensive, but I don't worry about when to change what, everything is reported by SMS.

We have addressed a problem with the operation of the car alarm system. Frosts began, the car stopped starting with the alarm key fob. They described the problem and signed us up for an electrician. We arrived at the appointed time, accepted the car, offered to call a taxi or wait in their waiting area. In fairness, I note that the waiting area is quite cozy: Sony PlayStation, charging for gadgets, coffee machine, tea, and a children's corner - everything for your comfort, please use.
The result of a couple of hours of waiting was a diagnosis: the battery stopped working in the second key, which is connected to the ignition. A voltage converter was installed.The problem with the start was successfully solved.
But... two weeks have passed, and a new problem has appeared. In the car, the central locking began to work by itself while driving. The locks clicked all the time during the movement.
We immediately went to the guys at the FIT SERVICE, with the question "is this a consequence of the latest alarm manipulation?" The answer was a categorical "no", it can't be, it's definitely not a warranty case, make an appointment again.
The nearest free time to the electrician of the FIT SERVICE network was at the address Zhirentaeva, 6. They did not delay, signed up, arrived, handed over the car. About 2 hours later, they called and said they could pick it up, the diagnosis was completed. Diagnosis: replacement of the comfort unit, which is responsible for the airbags, central locking, and more, is required. Buy it, sign up, come, we'll do everything.
We decided to go to another trusted specialist. As a result, it turned out: when solving the first problem, the alarm wires were kindled, and two unused wires of the central lock remained uninsulated, power is supplied to them, a short circuit occurs, the lock is triggered; the second key itself is dangling, taped to the wire, not fixed in any way. Bottom line: your service - FIT SERVICE – is of course excellent, but I will never take my car to your specialists anymore! You are the horsemen.

It took 4.5 hours to replace two salenblocks and stabilizer bushings!!!! Under the slangy manner of communication of one of the managers, they tried to explain to me that the bolts were sour, the duralumin walker, blah, blah... I took the car, went to Ashot's, 40 minutes and changed everything.
