The prices are reasonable, everyone has the same. When buying, we asked to clean the fish, the amount for cleaning is included in the bill. Payment at the checkout. Then we go to the cleaning shop with the purchased fish, they give us a coupon with a number, you can track readiness on the screen. Cleaning takes place behind the glass, you can watch how the fish is cleaned. Cleaning shops are located at the beginning and at the end of the market. And in the middle, in the far row, there is a cooking workshop. After cleaning, we go there and order the preparation. It can be fried or grilled. You can also order a side dish, salad, sauce. The payment for cooking depends on the quantity of the product and the cooking method. The prices are reasonable. You can also monitor readiness on the screen. While the fish is being cleaned and cooked, you can go to the nearby market and buy fruits and vegetables. In general, I liked the market very much, the only small disadvantage is that there are no tables to eat there. But, anyway, I highly recommend you to visit

You choose shrimp (cook at least 1 kg), give a coupon for payment, pay at the cash desks on the right side, return to the seller, he gives the purchase. You go to the beginning of the room on the left or right at the very end, they clean it. There are two queues, male and female. You give away the purchase and say something like you want them to cook, they clean them in a certain way for this. If you take a fish, you can go to the window and say what to remove or leave (but you need to speak English well). Next, we wait until the number from the receipt is displayed on the screen in the ready ones. We pick it up and go to the cooking area. There are two queues there too. Choose the cooking method from the menu, then the sauce if you want and there are side dishes. You pay and wait for the order number to be ready. There are a lot of locals on the market, they cooked very tasty shrimp in marinade and took two different sauces as well. For money, you can pay from 5,000 for fresh shrimp and such cooking in the Russian Federation. I recommend it to everyone. Everything is clean and tidy. There are toilets and waiting areas. Beautiful fish in aquariums. The sellers are friendly and friendly. Intuitively, everything is clear in the market where to go and what to do.
