A small but cozy fitness room. Recently (around October 2023), the simulators were completely updated. The ventilation system is a little ill-conceived, there are areas where it inflates strongly. There are saunas in the changing rooms, but it is better to warn that it should be turned on more strongly in advance, otherwise you may encounter the problem of a slightly warm sauna.

The gym is small, but it has everything you need, the simulators are good and not killed))) I went during the day, there are people, but there is no such pandemonium at one simulator. The locker rooms are clean, the shower is normal, there is also a sauna, but at the entrance it is better to ask the reception if they have turned on so that you can warm up properly by the end of the training session) I studied on my own, so I can't say anything about a personal trainer. In general, I recommend it.
