The hotel is very beautiful and large. There are 2 swimming pools, one regular, the second with slides + there is a free spa, gym, children's room, events are held in the evening. The varied cuisine is very pleasing. The staff is polite and pleasant. The rooms are beautiful, there is everything for convenience + a free safe. Cleaning is done every day or at the request of vacationers. There are bars on site, where there is a decent alcohol card and a children's cocktail card. The beach is the second coastal, comfortable sun beds, there is also a bar, but without cocktails! With or without a child, it's great. Very tasty food, wonderful rooms with sea views! helpful and wonderful staff! We have been visiting this hotel for 6 years!!!! I always want to come back……

Good afternoon! I was vacationing with my family in June 2024 at the First Class Hotel 5*. I really liked the kitchen, the territory, and the excellent staff. The sea is close, there are pools and slides, rooms are cleaned daily. We arrived early in the morning and immediately checked into the room (Gulnar's manager was at the reception) we arrived three times and she remembers everyone, issues are resolved immediately on the spot. The restaurant is clean, there is a large assortment of fruits, meat, cheeses, cakes. I didn't like the animation and the animators, it's the same every day, the contests in the evening are almost the same. A nightclub is open daily from 23 o'clock, everything is fine there, but there is little Russian music.

The hotel is not bad, it is a bit old and requires cosmetic repairs. The food at the hotel is delicious. The chefs cook very well. The pools are clean. Cocktails can be made only during the course of the hotel. The pool bar is poured according to maxim, so that it immediately hits. It's not bad for a vacation for the first time. There are Russian animators, a disco every day. Alcohol in the bar is paid only after 23.00. We cleaned every day, far from Alanya, if you need to get by bus for an hour.
