I traveled with my family on bus tours "Charm of Italy", "French Riviera". The organization by timing and location is clear. In the 2nd round, decent hotels for overnight stays and good breakfasts turned out to be (Italy is not famous for good breakfasts). The best escort and guide is Vladimir. Once again, I am writing to the staff, but take feedback from tourists (a questionnaire at the end of the trip). That's how you'll get better. The guides didn't fall in love with the city, a la a history teacher with dates. They left the tour to walk themselves. I liked the guides in Bratislava, in Graz, more or less in Rome. Vladimir then worked for all the unsuccessful guides.

The organization of departure and arrival of tourists is at a very low level. The fact that upon returning from the tour, tourists in Brest had to wait for the bus for 3 hours, until 3.00 am, is simply a sign of incompetence.And when going on tour, tourists had to look for a non-existing bus, because no one was informed that the bus had been replaced. "There are many of you, I am alone" - the comment of the attendant.
I called this company twice today! Both times the girls answered on two different phones. And both one and the other (I wouldn't be surprised if it was the same girl) talked to me in such a tone as if I personally owed them at least a million! What kind of attitude is this to customers!!! You're already afraid to ask them something and (or) find out!!! Ruined the whole mood!
