We stayed with my husband on October 14, 2024. The hotel is new. Everything is in perfect condition. Cleanliness is everywhere, starting from the entrance to the hotel. Everything is done with taste. The room has all the amenities, a minibar (various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for a fee), water, kettle, coffee. I do not upload the video, because it is more for home viewing. The staff is courteous and always ready to help. Breakfast is included. You come, and a set table is already waiting for you. There is an alcohol store nearby, which belongs to the same owner. But it needs to be seen! It's just a museum! A huge selection of different alcohol for every taste and purse. We recommend all guests of Armenia and not only to stay at this hotel!

A very inconvenient hotel. The room is small and cold. There is a tiny sink in the bathroom and a shower above it. It is impossible to use it. No sound insulation. The guests are yelling, the dogs are barking. There is nowhere to have lunch around, only an unsanitary booth with pies.
