Calm and delightful atmosphere, stylish design, gourmet cuisine, fine food, friendly and attentive staff, nice classical music - this is all about the Fillet Restaurant. Had dinner with my husband here, and I really love the taste of the steak, melted and juicy medium well in my mouth.
The salad and everything is perfectly blend.

A place with impeccable service and real cooking skills. Meat positions are their main feature and high culinary skills, each dish is prepared masterfully.
Of the appetizers, fried eggplant is definitely worth a try — they are great. The real highlight of the menu is the corn candy— a unique dish that can only be enjoyed here. I definitely recommend it to all the guests.
I was especially pleased with the wine list with local Uzbek wines. There has been clear progress in the development of the country's wine industry, although there is certainly potential for further growth. The staff is attentive and professional.
I recommend it for new gastronomic discoveries!

Steak lovers are here! I love Rare roast meat, but I always thought that only marbled beef was suitable for this. I tried fermented meat here for the first time, it's wonderful! It's an orgasm of the taste buds! Excellent wine list with good local wines, they are available in Uzbekistan too! The service is excellent. Respect to the owners and chef, excellent European cuisine made from local products.

I was looking for a suitable place for an important meeting. Fillet is what you need! A calm atmosphere, impeccable service and, of course, exquisite cuisine. Argentine steak is a classic of the genre, and unusual snacks and desserts will be a pleasant addition to a business dinner. I recommend Fillet for important meetings.

Excellent steaks, there were three of us, we were offered to take 3 steaks from different parts, sliced and served as assorted, mmmm, you can lick your fingers, all were excellent. Salads are also good, they were taken with caramelized eggplant, the second with a pear, everything is excellent. I took Uzbek meri Tash reserve wine for the steak, by the glass, quite decent and quite budget-friendly. Thanks Fillet, we'll be back!)

The most amazing steak I've ever eaten! And I ate a lot in Russia and Europe. Incredibly delicious and the roasting is perfect - almost a crust on the outside, pink inside. With such a thickness, it's not easy to achieve such a result, that's for sure. The salad was also beyond praise with an avocado pear and leaves. Easy. The dishes were decorated in a very original way in the power of Picasso. I was surprised that it was created from bright and natural vegetables, and not with paints. The music is chosen with taste. Definitely now it is a favorite institution in Tashkent.

An excellent restaurant with an exciting cuisine and high-level service! We were with a friend, both were as satisfied as possible. We took a salad with strawberries, a set of dips, beef tataki and steak on recommendation. All dishes are a hit in the very heart! Tataki and steak were especially highlighted. The restaurant is positioned on meat and for good reason! The roasting of the steak is perfect, my friend chose medium well, they did it exactly the way it should be. I like a weaker roast, but I didn't want steak, so I took tataki and didn't lose. Now I want to go back and try rare roast steak. And something tells me that I will be satisfied in the same way 😁
In summary, Fillet is the place you want to return to. The care in the service, excellent dishes and a very comfortable atmosphere of the establishment are about them. Thank you for such positive emotions from visiting your restaurant!

I really liked the cuisine, the Argentinean cuisine, as I was told, the salads are simply gorgeous with beautiful decoration, and the steaks are just wow, the best steaks that I have ever tasted. And yes, I'm just trying tres lechas dessert for the first time in Tashkent

A very quiet and cozy place in Tashkent, I tried steak fillet with pickle and it was something very juicy and soft, as the waiter explained to me later, they ferment the local meat themselves and keep it for 21 days.
Insanely juicy, one of the best steaks in Tashkent.
I will definitely come with my friends and family!

The steaks are super, worth a try for sure. The fish seemed a little dry and without any bright taste. The other items on the menu were average in my opinion. Excellent service, very polite staff. The interior would have been worth updating, but apparently they haven't had time yet, the price tag is high.
