A bad office! applications for cargo transportation are accepted only remotely, (by e-mail) for which it is necessary to complete a quest of 20...25 points/questions. With a "live" client - they don't work at all! Although there are as many as 3 employees in the office. Even making changes must be done remotely.....but while in the office. I went to DPD: they unloaded the cargo from my car themselves, measured, weighed, and processed the documents within 3 minutes. The cargo left for its destination in 2 hours, the next day it was at the addressee in the other region. The cost of delivery turned out to be: Avtolaitexpress - 34 rubles, DPD: 15 rubles. Summary: "Avtolaitexpress" - I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
