Alexey, an employee of Fixik service, said that it would be from 150p to 300p, after which my husband said that he would call back when he decided with the date of repairs whether we would give them the TV at all. During the week, my husband received calls and asked when we would decide on the repair, imposing our repair services. Since during this time the TV began to work a little worse, more blue appeared, my husband consulted with my mother, and decided to give it to repair after all, people are still responsible, they do not want to lose customers, we thought at that moment, and it was in vain! The TV was taken away the next day. I came to pick him up, as after we already found out the "master", who repaired our TV. He said that in a day, the TV would be ready. Two days later, no call, no text message, whether the TV was opened, what was really wrong with it, no one called us or told us. 24.04 they bring us a TV, even in worse condition than we had it repaired, the whole TV was chipped from opening around the perimeter of the frame, black streaks all over the screen, a pile of garbage under the screen and the most interesting thing was that there were a thousand fingerprints under the screens of the master! And the most interesting thing is that it was raining that day, and the courier who brought us the TV was carrying it in the rain! To say that we were shocked is to say nothing. Immediately, I dialed the service and asked, what did you do with the TV? How could this happen? To which I received an answer from Alexey, but how do you want us to open the TV without chipping on the frame? Regarding divorces, I was told that these are divorces in my eyes! Alexey was talking boorishly! We asked for a refund for poor-quality repairs, offered a thousand options, but the only thing this service did was send us a master to pick up the TV and decide what to do with it! The master came to us again, who tried to make us fools, said that it was not their fault and we had such a TV from the factory! I would like to note that we handed over the TV to them only with scuffs, although we did not have them on the TV! This should have been indicated, since the TV is not new. And then the most interesting thing begins, the master said that the repair of the TV would be at our expense, we did not give him the TV, because we realized that this was a fraudulent scheme to charge us an even larger amount of money, and just called the police! They wrote a statement, a police officer, immediately told us that these were judicial matters. While we were considering our application, we turned to consumer protection "Shield", they help people for free, and since we do not have enough money to pay for the services of a lawyer, since everything goes to the treatment of a disabled child. Next, we wrote a claim, as it turned out, the service is closely related to the IP Satsura L.L. And we made a claim on the IP since the contract was drawn up by the IP. The claim was sent not one, but as many as 3. The IP did not give us an answer to our questions. They offered to bring them a TV so that they would dismantle the parts, and then they would give our 320 rubles spent on repairs, but this amount would be minus 45 rubles for diagnostics. And then we realized that it would not be possible to solve this in peace, that the only option to return our money for repairs and solve something with the TV, which obviously should not be like this after repair, was to go to court, the court would appoint an examination, and everything would be decided according to the law. So we did, "Shield" helped us in this case, and as soon as 2.5 weeks remained before the trial, the service showed up and offered to try to repair the TV they had damaged, expressing a lot of negativity in our direction, saying we were too arrogant and we need money and that's all, I repeat, that more than we gave for repair, and this is 320p and we did not ask to solve something with the TV . We agreed. As a result, it was repaired for two weeks, after which Alexey called and said that the TV was beyond repair! And offered to return only the money for repairs! To which we replied that the TV was broken and beyond repair. You said it yourself and you offer to return 320p? We did not agree, because according to the law, they are obliged to compensate for a broken TV by offering either the purchase of a new one or an analogue for our used TV. When there were a couple of days left before the trial, the service still decided to offer us an analogue of our TV.
When my husband and mother went to pick up this analog and check it for quality, they saw our old TV, which they were trying to repair, as my husband said, I wish I hadn't seen it! There is no living space left of the TV screen ! We took the analog and we got the money back for the repair! As a result, we were busy with this service for 4 months! We spent a lot of nerves and time, almost reached the court!
Think a hundred times about whether it is worth contacting this service, since after reading the previous reviews on this service, the question arises how it has not been closed yet!

I recently addressed a problem on TV (white horizontal stripes). I sent a video to identify the problem. The master boldly estimated after a couple of minutes that the repair would take a couple of days and the problem was 100% solvable. I asked you to let me know an hour in advance when you will be driving, and you arrived and were picked up, not without delays and communication problems. We took an advance payment of 100 rubles - 45 which are irrevocable - well, OK... diagnostics and the road. And that no more than 300 rubles will be worth everything in the end.
We arrived, took the TV off the mount, with the proviso that it would be returned in any case and fixed in place.
After four days of silence, I write, and immediately the answer is, oh, the matrix cannot be repaired, we still need 800 rubles. Then why say that the problem is definitely solved? for 300 rubles and not a penny more?
OK... I asked for the TV to be returned, again, I stipulated the conditions that it was necessary to hang up the TV, because physically I can not lift more than 5 kg, we only hang up the TV for money, didn't you know? who will do this for you for free? and immediately the conversation is in a negative tone.
Guys, review your work policy and the quality of service, including expert eye assessments and communications from couriers with communication problems.
The laptop itself rebooted and wildly heated up, the masters in other companies threw up their hands (and some even arranged diagnostics for a week) and could not identify the problem. I urgently broke down on Monday, October 14 at lunch and took the laptop to this service. In the evening, they called me and agreed on further steps to repair the laptop. The next day, I already took the laptop back. It works very well, the cooling system has taken on a new life. I recommend it to everyone!

Carelessly vacuumed the system unit without disconnecting the power cable. Stopped displaying the image on the monitor. They accepted it, called a couple of days later that they had done everything. They did not say what was faulty. They just said it was terrible, and they cleaned everything up. They took 250 rubles. Everything worked, but after a while the problem recurred. I brought it to another service, where they identified the part that caused everything to happen, cleaned it with the replacement of the cooler (used, 35 rubles). For all 90 rubles.
I now understand that the fix wasn't even looking for the problem. They turned on, well, OK, cleaned and stripped of money.
It turned out even worse with the second computer. The cause of the burning smell was not revealed, only the swollen conder was replaced. They cleaned and stripped 160 again. In another service, I had to change the motherboard to a used one. Everything was done, cleaned for 80 rubles. Everything works. There is no smell.
Conclusion: fixies are unscrupulous scammers and scammers.
The suspension in the TV burned down. I called and announced the standard price for replacing the entire backlight. They arrived tomorrow, took it away, conducted diagnostics, promised to return a serviceable TV in 2 days. That was the end of the good. The day of return was constantly postponed: the master was busy, then it turned out that they did not have a permanent master, some incoming ones, then the backlight was not available. When I found another office where it would be repaired on the same day, and even cheaper, and I was going to come and pick up the equipment, I found both a master and a backlight. They brought it the next day. The warranty was given for 4 months, worked for a year, then that was it. Today I changed the backlight on this TV on my own. After disassembling, I found that the backlight was not completely replaced, but only 1 LED, taking money as a whole replacement. Of course, no one will return the money to me, but I will spoil the reviews. And this is just the beginning.

The next day they called, negotiated the cost and asked for my consent to repair (the price remained the same as previously stated) the laptop was taken away on Tuesday and on Thursday they called that the spare part had arrived and they offered (NOT IMPOSED) cleaning since everything was factory-made! After clarifying all the points, I was ready in a couple of hours. I took it myself, but there is a possibility of delivery by courier! I would really like to mention the courtesy of the staff! I do not recommend this service. I gave away a Huawei P20 Lite phone with a broken back panel (I ordered the panel myself for Ali, I just needed to change it) and with a forgotten PIN code. During the conversation, it was clearly agreed that since it would not be possible to unlock the phone without resetting the data, then do not reset it. As a result, the back panel was replaced, but also all data from the phone was deleted. When asked why they did this: "Well, the master made a mistake, what can I do?" Conclusion: if you want a "local" repair or something like to roll out an expensive OEM Windows, which they call a license type, then you can safely contact (the cost of such Windows is 4-6usd). If you want a professional approach, then it's definitely not for these guys.

I gave the laptop for repair, they promised to do it for 200 rubles. We did it, I bring it home, the laptop turned on, but after a couple of hours it turned into a brick. I brought them back under warranty, they said that this was a new problem that I caused while I was taking the laptop home from their office! And to solve it, I need to give another 200 rubles. Naturally, I did not agree. Then they tried to charge me at least 45 rubles. for the diagnosis of the warranty case. I don't recommend it to anyone. On the phone, their manager sings beautifully at first, but in fact it turns out to be a scam.
They gave the TV to repair. They promised diagnostics within an hour. As a result, they spent 6 days after the call from us with the question "what's wrong with the TV?" The company's employees indicated the day of delivery (Thursday) and the time (after 19 o'clock). They didn't even call on Thursday. After our call at (18 hours) we found out that the TV is not ready. We decided to just return the TV and not contact this company anymore. On the phone, they announced 15 rubles for the cost of delivering the TV without fixing it. The master arrived today. The amount of 35 rubles was indicated in the act of completed works. After calling the manager, a comment was received about the need to pay 25 rubles, referring to one of the points of the act of transfer for repair. There was such an item there, so I paid 25 rubles.
Results: a week and a half has passed since the withdrawal for repair. The TV has not been repaired, 15 rubles of payment for diagnostics turned into 25 and almost turned into 35.
