Good morning, I want to leave a review for the first time in my life. I went to the Fielinn salon for the first time, these are the first glasses in my life, I took my mother, a pensioner who moves very poorly, and my older sister with me. Before arriving at the salon, they called the day before, clarified whether the doctor would work that day, and whether to make an appointment.. we were told that the doctor would work from 10 to 18, no appointment is required, because they do not have a queue. When we arrived at the salon that works at Surganova, 12/27/24, there was no doctor, they say one thing, but in fact, the pensioner was dragged out of the city ((( . The impressions were not very good. From now on, we will turn to other optics, definitely not to the owls.

A large selection of high-quality German frames. Polite staff. There is a doctor for matching glasses. The only drawback is that they are located on the 2nd floor of the administrative building, and not directly from the street entrance.
