On Wednesday, 02/12/2025, we signed up for a manicure at the Fairy salon. On Thursday, the administration sent a reminder message: "Don't forget that you have a manicure appointment on Friday." It would seem that everything is clear and organized.
However, when I arrived on Friday at 17:00 by appointment, the situation turned out to be completely different. Four female craftsmen were sitting on the couch with phones in their hands. When they heard that I only needed a manicure, they looked at each other and informed me that the master who was supposed to serve me was working elsewhere. I was sent to a nearby building without even offering an alternative or an apology.
The most annoying thing is that the administration could have warned me about this during the day, but instead sent me a reminder that everything was fine. No one felt it necessary to apologize for the inconvenience either.
As a result, in the evening I made an appointment with my master F., who gave me a haircut, highlights, eyebrow correction and manicure with a paraffin wrap. Everything is at the highest level!
The administration of the Fairy salon (Zhyldyz Begishova, Aizhamal Bakhtiarova) left an extremely negative impression. I don't know how professional their masters are, but they are clearly not up to par as people.
Most of all, I was outraged by the fact that they reminded me about the recording, but did not consider it necessary to warn me about the problem. Apparently, they don't need money, and clients who need a "simple manicure" don't deserve respect.
I will not go to this salon, located at the intersection of Togolok-Moldo and Bayalinov streets, anymore. It is a pity that such an attitude towards customers spoils the impression of the salon.
