We ordered stretch ceilings for a room, two corridors and a kitchen. The services of this company were used for the first time. And I was pleasantly surprised that such organizations still exist (having experience in repairs, I managed to be disappointed in many).
The measurer turned out to be a true professional in his field. The contract was printed out immediately on the spot, and the ceiling sketch was quickly created electronically. The girls who advised me on Viber pleasantly surprised me with their politeness and attention – I had no hope of meeting such an attitude.
Everything was organized precisely on time: As promised, the masters arrived in 30 minutes. The work was done perfectly, despite the large volume. The guys handled it very quickly and professionally. The only small disadvantage is the lack of a vacuum cleaner, which leaves dust.
Overall, the impressions from the collaboration were very positive. It remains to check the quality of the installed ceilings over time.

This is not the first time I have used the company's services. The quality and approach are excellent, there is something to compare it with. However, it turned out that there are also "misfires". We agreed on the date and time, and we pre-agreed and confirmed the installation time the day before (from 9-10 a.m. on Friday). I wrote it at my own expense at work for half a day. 8:02 a.m. call: a man is sick, so the installation is postponed to 12:00 p.m. I sighed and agreed... The next call is at 12:30: the team does not have time, so they will arrive by 14:30... The situation is certainly not beautiful, I lost time and money without getting anything in return, for reasons beyond my control... Everyone is insured against such a situation, except the customer. All the expenses for the company's force majeure fell on me. The guys performed the installation robot perfectly, but the aftertaste about the company remained.

The quality started with the measurer: a guy came right away with samples of the canvas, cornices, lamps showed on a tablet. Everything is clear and understandable. I didn't sign the contract right away, so I went to the office, everything is nice and beautiful. The girl showed everything, offered coffee while typing the contract. They gave me presents. On the appointed day, 2 neat guys arrived, they were not late. In 4 hours, everything was clearly done (2 rooms were done at once). After work, they also gave all the documents and a guarantee. This is the second time I have contacted this company for the remaining ceilings in the apartment. Competent consultation in the salon, quick departure of the measurer, waiting for installation for about 3 weeks, the price according to the measurement results increased slightly compared to the preliminary calculation in the salon. The installation itself is fast enough - the team does not run for smoke breaks. They took all the big trash with them. All that remains is to vacuum and dust.

If there are stretch ceilings, then only Ferico! We first applied about 10 years ago, we did it in an apartment and a private house. During this time, no complaints. When contacting (it was necessary to replace the lamp, change the canvas after repair), the service was provided quickly and efficiently. Recently, we applied to make ceilings in a country house again and were glad to make sure that over the years Ferico's service remained at the same highest level. We did not like the design of the lamp installed in one of the rooms. Specialists were called in to replace it, but it turned out that to install a new lamp, it was necessary to change the canvas, since the size of the lamp base is smaller than the previous one. Ferico installers arrived as soon as possible (despite the scheduled schedule) and did this work for free! It's a pleasure to deal with professionals!

A company that doesn't deserve its reputation.
The ceiling has 5 corners + 1 internal, shadow profile, illumination in the niche and visible. Shadow gap with different indents along the entire length, all corners are curved, there is a giant "lens" on the inner corner, the canvas is not filled in at the joints of the profiles, it also sticks out in some places in the shadow gap, the backlight shines in spots. The installers left terrible garbage behind, they work without a vacuum cleaner - the Stone Age. All my comments were answered: "these profiles do not fit together well and more experience is needed for such installation."

I would not recommend contacting this company for ceilings.We stretched the ceiling in the hall, it turned out to be a canvas with a marriage, although the marriage was quickly replaced.
In the bathroom , they made an iron profile under the curtain and when you close the curtain, the sound is just terrible , like nails on a blackboard .The foreman from Feriko came and said everything is fine, this is how it should be .
However, we called other specialists for consultation and they said that there should not be such a sound and that it was really terrible, that it was necessary to put a plastic profile, not an iron one, and if they already put an iron one, then you can come up with and put a plastic cover inside, but feriko does not have another profile, there are no other hooks,there are no overlays , there is nothing , and most importantly there is no customer orientation and desire to solve this issue .
