This is not the first time I have used the company's services. The quality and approach are excellent, there is something to compare it with. However, it turned out that there are also "misfires". We agreed on the date and time, and we pre-agreed and confirmed the installation time the day before (from 9-10 a.m. on Friday). I wrote it at my own expense at work for half a day. 8:02 a.m. call: a man is sick, so the installation is postponed to 12:00 p.m. I sighed and agreed... The next call is at 12:30: the team does not have time, so they will arrive by 14:30... The situation is certainly not beautiful, I lost time and money without getting anything in return, for reasons beyond my control... Everyone is insured against such a situation, except the customer. All the expenses for the company's force majeure fell on me. The guys performed the installation robot perfectly, but the aftertaste about the company remained.
