Еда очень вкусная и на любого гурмана, персонал ооочень приветливый и радушный, обслуживание очень быстрое, атмосфера располагает к отдыху, а также можно провести деловую встречу не вижу здесь никаких препятствий. Мне очень понравилось и мясо и овощи-гриль и даже каши.

I ordered shurpa and langman in this restaurant. The shurpa was simply terrible - an over-salted broth with weathered pieces of mutton on a huge bone and one whole potato. Langman was better, but also not a fountain at all, the noodles were slightly overcooked. In general, I would rate the kitchen at 2-3. I put it because of the service, the waiter tried. Yes, 10% is automatically added to the receipt for the service, which usually means that they themselves know that they are not cooking very well, to put it mildly.

Ferghana's cuisine is terrible. And, most importantly, the price tag is not small. We ordered mini pasties with sour cream, pilaf, lagman, dumplings and French fries. I forgot the name of the waitress - but she spoke so softly that I had to strain to hear her. They asked for dumplings - to make broth separately from the dumplings themselves. They began to say that it was impossible for unknown reasons. When I said that it was easy and simple, because all you need to do is just pull out the dumplings and put them in a separate bowl - they agreed. Fries - it was cold, as if they had been carried for a long time, or something else. It remains to guess. Chebureks - were like yesterday, as they were cold and dry. Usually, when deep-fried, they are soaked and juicy. And here, they were dry and the stuffing inside was not the first freshness. The pilaf was brought - it looks delicious and cool, but only COLD. They didn't even manage to warm up the cut egg, which was boiled for a long time before the pilaf itself and was very cold (obviously from the refrigerator). Lagman is the crown of this institution. The dish was hot - steam was coming from it (cool!), but after a few pieces were eaten, a hair was found. It's just awful friends. HAIR! They called the administrator - he apologized and that was it. I said that pilaf and lagman should be removed from the bill, and we would pay for the rest. By the way, check the devices carefully. One of the forks was covered with a small piece of fat (poorly washed).
