The hotel is already in need of renovation, it does not pull for 4 stars, for example, the shower flows constantly in the room ... A double room costs $ 65 in 2022 if booked online (if booked on the spot, the price is 20-30% lower). One of the few hotels in the country who responds to inquiries by mail and books a room via messages. There is a free transfer from the airport (local taxi drivers pick it up, it takes 50 minutes to drive at night). The breakfast is typical for Iran, but quite satisfying. In short, for $ 35-40 it is quite a tolerable hotel, there is no point in paying more. Slippers, hair dryer, toothpaste, brushes, refrigerator, free water - it's all included in the price. The metro is a 3-minute walk away, a direct line to IKA airport. The bazaar is a 25-minute walk away, the Golestan Palace is a 7-minute walk away, the former US Embassy is a 25-minute walk away, and other attractions can be reached by metro in 30 minutes.
One of the advantages is that when checking in early, they do not charge an additional fee until 12.00, they check in immediately, while if they arrive early in the morning, you can go to breakfast. Wi-Fi is very slow, if you need the Internet to work, take a local SIM card.

One of the best hotels in Tehran.
Positive: good location, near the grand bazaar and Galestan Palace, normal service, reasonable prices, water-cola-fruitcakes daily for free, gym, nice large swimming pool and hammam in the basement
Cons: for the 10 years that I have been staying here, no renovation has been carried out, the rooms and everything in them is very tired, although everything is functioning, since this year they have stopped changing the currency at the reception.
