Great place! A very pleasant and friendly waitress girl! The menu is varied, the cuisine is Caucasian, the prices are very pleasant. The food is delicious and insanely beautifully served! The order was prepared quickly! We definitely recommend it! My husband and I were very satisfied and we will definitely come again if we are in Pitsunda.

Today we visited this place with the whole family, it was one of the best places where we were, everything was very tasty and cool, polite waiters who immediately respond to your request, do their job with a smile.
We had a fairly large order for 8 items, everything was delivered within 20 minutes, I recommend this place if you want to try high-quality cuisine

Everything is fine. Khachapur with pear and gorgonzola looks interesting and delicious. The cafe itself reminds me of some kind of chalet in the mountains - mostly wood is used in the decor. Among the disadvantages are the power outage and the lack of a private toilet (only public, near the Ferris wheel)

In 4 days, many cafes and restaurants have been visited in Pitsunda, choosing from good reviews and now there is already something to compare it with. The food in Phoenix is very tasty, the portions are large and the prices are quite reasonable, especially for the coastal strip. The service is also excellent, the waiters are very attentive to the guests. We have a company of 6 people, everyone has the same opinion about the restaurant, everyone is happy. Now we only go here for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the rest of our vacation.

We liked it. The menu is varied. The food was brought quickly. I recommend trying julienne with mushrooms, I was surprised that it had no cheese crust on top, but it was very tasty. Khachapuri with pear is also delicious. The staff is polite. Maybe the prices are above average, but the delicious food is worth it :)

Very tasty and professional!!! We wanted to order soup for the second meat, we got a super delicious Abkhazian hodgepodge with a lot of meat, after eating the first course and rating it five, I thought, well, why do I need schnitzel in French, BUT the Schnitzel was so tender and its serving was wonderful that I didn't even eat, I ate and understood that it was possible to say this delicate dish is worthy of an excellent assessment!!!

I lowered my rating because they said that it was impossible to book a table for the evening, our friends went after half an hour- they were booked.
Confused by our view after the beach? Did they look insolvent?

This year we discovered this cafe, the best place on the beach where you can eat delicious food, The price tag is quite acceptable, the portions are large, some dishes can be safely ordered for two. I was in this place 5 years ago and everything was very tasty. Yesterday we decided to have dinner here with a young man. To say that it was terrible to say nothing. Once again, we are convinced that Abkhazians cannot cook khachapuri and khinkali: khachapuri was still delicious, but they poisoned themselves with khinkali! When they ate, the meat seemed somehow different, the broth was normal.

What is Pitsunda? This is a city of hunger, lack of food and repairs. And what is "Phoenix" you will learn further... The children, starving, asked to "eat". To be honest, my wife and I have not eaten for a long time either because of the peculiarities of the local cuisine: cold food, lack of meat in the diet... So we went into this place, waited for a place, an Abkhazian waitress. The children couldn't stand it for five minutes - they started asking for food. An unfriendly, unhurried Abkhaz woman hurried to wipe a dirty table covered in something with a smelly rag. Two hours later, the food arrived. The whole family attacked the edible khachapur. It was obvious that they had been waiting for a very long time. The children quickly coped with khachapur. My wife and I were waiting for 2 more pieces for us: the first one was given to the starving. Later we ate, it was delicious. Even later, the whole family ran to the toilet. But maybe it's from the sea... In general, if you want to eat, wait an hour, starve!

A lot of people praise this place. And we have been unlucky in this place for several years. The food is not tasty, bland rice with vegetables, shish kebab is dry, mussels are not chewed.
They took two glasses of the same wine - they brought different ones, they assured us that we were wrong... but one glass was clearly after strong alcohol, maybe they measured out what, I don't know, and they didn't wash the glass, they poured the wine immediately and it changed the taste and color. Chacha is the most beautiful this year.
We go to Abkhazia every year, for a long time, and every time we go to this place at least once, but you will not please everyone, and we are not lucky in this place.

I was upset by the waiter's attitude and the quality of some dishes. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo of grilled vegetables. I haven't seen this anywhere! They brought us whole ones on a platter: tomatoes, bell peppers, eggplant and a large onion. The eggplant was naturally raw, because it was not baked due to its size. And a whole grilled onion the size of a big apple...
maybe Pinocchio would be happy?
In short, the impressions were ruined. I would not want to return to this institution again!
