Very often it is impossible to reach the subscriber, and the SMS about the missed call does not arrive. The connection is very bad. The operator does nothing to improve it!

I had to stand for more than two hours, and as a result, the end of the working day. People are treated like cattle. You can arrange a consultation on filling out documents in the waiting room (by the same supervisor), and the specialist would only check the data. Shame on such specialists.

All their modernization, new towers, etc. this ... nothing is changing for the better. We are waiting for a normal Russian operator to enter, and Phoenix to go into the furnace with such improvements for the worse and higher tariffs...
