I ordered the item through an online store. I came for a fitting. I didn't like the quality of the fabric. The consultant began to tell me why I was ordering things without first looking at and "feeling" (quote) them in the store. Then she asked if I even knew their brand. I've bought things from this brand before, but I haven't seen such service yet.
