I tried to talk to the director Alina, but she did not even let me into the office, she expressed all questions and complaints through the girls at the reception. At first, disposable underwear was given out (for convenience), then it disappeared completely. Towels are sometimes not changed after visitors, they came across with the smell of sweat and dampness. The robes are semi-moist, in the lockers, some locks do not work. A complete disappointment. I did not reach the end, there were many procedures left, but even after reading my comments and refusal, no one deigned to call back and apologize (at least) or refund the money. I found out that the director, Alina, is just a tenant, hence probably such a negligent attitude.
