I was bribed by advertising and installments. At first, everyone was polite and attentive, conducted a tour of the center and showed a "beautiful picture". Then the surprises began, the devices were not in order, the pressotherapy was half working, the cavitation was electric, and not only the employee, but also the client, thereby endangering people, after several remarks they were sent for repair. Doctors, almost all are invited from other clinics, prescribing devices do not take into account health problems, there is no individual approach, the program is standard for everyone. I tried to talk to the director Alina, but she did not even let me into the office, she expressed all questions and complaints through the girls at the reception. At first, disposable underwear was given out (for convenience), then it disappeared completely. Towels are sometimes not changed after visitors, they came across with the smell of sweat and dampness. The robes are semi-moist, in the lockers, some locks do not work. A complete disappointment. I did not reach the end, there were many procedures left, but even after reading my comments and refusal, no one deigned to call back and apologize (at least) or refund the money. I found out that the director, Alina, is just a tenant, hence probably such a negligent attitude.
