The hotel is good, I recommend it. Among the advantages: very tasty and varied breakfasts on the 9th floor overlooking Ararat, an excellent SPA with a swimming pool, hammam and sauna, comfortable beds and pillows (this is very important for me), attentive staff.
On the downside: you can hear the road if the windows are facing the street, so it's better to choose one with a view of the courtyard. The rooms are a little tired, but not bad, I would like to touch up the walls a little. There is no closet with hangers, clothes had to be laid out on numerous shelves. The location is convenient in principle, there is a bus stop nearby, Republic Square is a 25-minute walk away, but back to the hill and through 3 underground passages, but if you are tired, there is a SPA. We liked the hotel, the listed advantages are worth staying in it.

So far, this is the best hotel in Yerevan that I have been to. There is a special, pleasant atmosphere here. Excellent service, comfortable rooms, very comfortable mattresses and a choice of pillows, decent breakfasts (if you do not wait for caviar, of course). The ideal price/quality ratio. I feel welcome here and I understand that they will help me solve any issues. The bonus is a beautiful view of Ararat from the restaurant windows. Well, my special love is the administrators , how they all try for their guests , you can feel right from the doorstep . And the receptionist, Helen, is the decoration and soul of the hotel.

Nice hotel. Sooooo friendly staff. It's beautiful and delicious.
The view from the room is stunning... even from the bathroom! Spa, hammam, swimming pool... Everything is appropriate! The service is excellent.
The hotel is close to the attractions. Near the hotel there are currency exchangers, a supermarket and pharmacies.
We checked in on my birthday... We received a compliment from the hotel and a free room upgrade.
We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel!

The hotel is wonderful, the staff is attentive and helpful if you have any questions. A breakfast restaurant with a beautiful view of the mountains.
We also had dinner at this restaurant, the food is sooo delicious.
A swimming pool, hammam and sauna are a great addition to relaxation. There is a gym, which is also very convenient and pleasant.
The rooms are clean and new, good design and plenty of space, a comfortable workplace. The location of the hotel is wonderful. Cleaning every day, thorough.

We stayed in hotels for 5 days, excellent location in the city, the staff is pleasant and the overall impression is positive, pleasant loft style. The breakfasts are delicious but monotonous.
We were satisfied with the spa area, an excellent clean pool and a good sauna.

Great hotel. Conveniently located on the main street, there are many places available on foot! Including a supermarket around the clock, with a currency exchange. The Thai massage at the spa is awesome, I recommend it)) The restaurant on the top floor offers a panoramic view, we were pleased with Ararat) the variety of dishes was also pleasantly surprised. The staff is polite and friendly. The hotel is not big and clean, there are two elevators. It is very atmospheric in the lobby of the hotel, you can wait for the guide in a cozy armchair. In the evening, a musician played a synthesizer, it was nice and very pleasant!

I lived in October for three days. The room is on the 7th floor, Windows overlook the courtyard. Excellent hotel, cozy, clean, the staff is polite, they speak Russian and English. There was a Russian-speaking hostess in the morning and afternoon when I lived, and an English-speaking one in the evening. However, there was a stain on the bed linen (on the pillow), as if it had not been washed off. My room was quiet, the audibility was not high, but I could hear the elevator going in the corridor. The room has bathrobes, slippers, toiletries - everything is there. The iron and ironing board are on the 6th and 8th floors. A mini bar in the room for a separate price, BUT there are no prices in the room for it, you need to ask at the reception, the prices for a mini bar bite, 4 times higher than in a supermarket. The center is a 15-minute walk along a straight street. There is a bus stop nearby. The breakfasts are of the same type, it was the same for all three days, but delicious, you can't go hungry (omelet, porridge is always the same, sausage / cheese, sweets, vegetables, etc.). The room was cleaned every day. I haven't been to the spa, I don't know.

The hotel is just what you need. Both the location and the view from the restaurant are amazing. The rooms are clean. The spa and lobby bars and live music are really impressive. Thank you very much to Helen the administrator. The girl helped out all 5 days of her stay. I am sincerely grateful to her from the bottom of my heart. And the organization of payments and excursions and currency exchange, solves any issue as if her relatives are coming and not strangers. If you want to see Armenia, then definitely here. The range of services is really maximum and the good-natured and responsive staff is impressive. Thanks a lot guys

The location is excellent, it's nice to walk along Abovyan Street to the center, as if through a square, 10 minutes. The rooms are quite spacious, with a sofa and a tea table. A swimming pool and a hammam with sauna from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. are included in the price.

Great hotel. A wonderful SPA. Gorgeous view of Ararat for breakfast in the restaurant on the 9th floor. Convenient location. The rooms outside are a little noisy if you open the window. There are rooms in the courtyard.

Excellent location, metro is nearby, daily cleaning, good breakfasts 99percent speak Russian. Swimming pool , sauna, hammam. I did not take a massage from taek, but it is there. Upon arrival, the air conditioner *hung* and did not raise the temperature , but it blows from the window ... We suffered for a day , but then we went to the reception and rebooted it , cheered with a bang . There is a VTB ATM nearby for withdrawing from mir cards. I recommend.

The journey from the airport is 20-25 minutes. The staff is friendly, they waited for us after midnight. Breakfast is acceptable. And at the Spa, I couldn't get out of bed after the flight. 🫠

Great spa! You can get into it even if you are not a guest of the hotel. Which is very pleasant for the residents of the city. Great sauna, more going to the sauna. There is a hammam. Swimming pool.
Massage is done by professionals, girls from Thailand! Excellent service and English is spoken.
