The wedding was held on November 5, 2022. Delicious food, well served. The young people and the guests were satisfied, and so were we, of course. Heating by heat pumps, it takes a little getting used to. But in general, by the time everyone was assembled, the room had already warmed up. It was warm and cozy.

They rarely answer the phone, after getting through, they were rude to me, the feeling that they were not interested in potential customers at all. In the end, they hung up the phone without answering questions and, in principle, without telling the conditions of their banquet hall
After such a conversation, I don't even want to celebrate anything there.
Our wedding was celebrated in this institution.
The beautiful and elegant hall itself did not require a lot of additional decorations! I would like to mention the menu and cuisine separately: the food is delicious, the guests were satisfied. The staff is attentive and considerate. We will recommend the place to friends and acquaintances!

We had a rest with the company in a wonderful institution! The staff is gorgeous. The waiters are great, the receptionist is a wonderful girl! Everything was on time and fast, nothing made you wait a minute! Good service! Delicious dishes! Thanks to the chefs and all the staff! We celebrated a wonderful Wedding day, but on this day the cafe decided to spoil it for us! The guests were for the waiters, the hot dishes were served for 4 hours. The negligence of the chefs and waiters simply surprised us. Several portions were never delivered or the dishes were not on the menu at all! This is a horror, not an institution! Why should the bride and groom on such a day have to figure out why they do not bring dishes to the guests for which they paid!?! I will never go there again and I do not advise anyone!
Everything was at a disgusting level: the service, the serving, the food, in the end, the staff just got drunk. I do not recommend it! Save your event, give up this place

We have already celebrated two family celebrations in this wonderful restaurant and were very satisfied. Everything was at a high level! Very tasty food, especially steaks and honey ribs. Thank you for our holiday! Good luck and grateful guests!
We celebrated the wedding on 09.08 and I was just upset about how the tables were set. In fact, the agreed amount was 45p, but they charged us 53p each without our knowledge and the tables for the wedding were empty. There was a wedding in front of us on Saturday and it felt like what was left of it was put on our tables. We ordered 7 hot dishes and 5 cold ones. During the whole wedding, we counted 6 dishes in total.
The table of the young people was so empty that when we got home we wanted to eat. They gave us one cutlet for 4 and how should we divide it? In the wild horror of this cafe, they brought a lot of their vegetables and sliced and half was stolen!
Why cheat like that? And I don't want to spoil my nerves by going to prove something. You'll get it all back.
One of the best establishments in the city, excellent service, pleasant conversation, I recommend it!!!!)))

Do you want unforgettable impressions on your wedding day, anniversary or just a significant date? WELCOME TO BELSIMO! Only here you will get mountains of pleasure, but in fact you will get mountains of gimoroy :) The friendly staff will do everything possible to ensure that you are happy to book a room and will not do anything to solve the problems that arise because of them! I'll start from the beginning.. The wedding day is a wonderful holiday, in which you want everything to be magical.... In the pre-wedding euphoria, we managed to book a room on the 1st floor of this institution... a couple of days before the celebration, a wonderful (so it seemed to us then) hostess called us back and said that she would provide us with 2!!! 2nd floor, it is of course very different from 1, large Windows and lots of air!!! A wonderful surprise for the wedding, I thought, and I was looking forward to the scheduled date! BUT, in every fairy tale, there are villains who spoil the lives of kind princes and princesses. That's what happened to us... 2-3 days before the wedding, the hostess called us and apologized that it would not work with the upper hall, you will be on the 1st floor, ALONE!.
As they say, there is nothing to do, we agreed.. and it would still be nothing, BUT!!! When we arrived at the restaurant, inspired by the wedding rush, we were in for a surprise.. big… As it turned out, there was a banquet with us (right with us, at the next table)!!! Can you imagine our surprise when we saw all this?!?! A drunken group shouted toasts on our day!!!
Outraged by this situation, we started calling the hostess.. And what do you think??? Of course, her phone was just turned off… The trouble, gentlemen, is not the restaurant.. trouble.. Karen came out to our indignation (the cook or one of the owners – we never found out), his words, gentlemen, shocked us: "Well, what's wrong with that? Why are they bothering you? They can't bother you at all!"… After that, he offered to give us the money and leave)))))) Can you imagine? We have a bride, a groom, and we are simply offered to leave!!! Our requests to open the 2nd floor were refused, they said all sorts of nonsense, I can't remember anymore, but the bottom line is that there was no one on the 2nd floor, it was just closed. As a result of a long debate, Karen said he would drop 40%. We thought that we were unlikely to find another restaurant now, so we decided to agree... The dishes were brought out to us, everything was delicious, there were no complaints about the kitchen itself… So, about 40%, as it turned out, this is not a discount from the full amount, but! Attention! of the remaining 50%!!! It was very cold at the end of the hall, we constantly asked to turn on the air conditioner, the first two times we turned it on without problems (but the company, it was very hot under the air conditioner) – a struggle of interests.. so the 3rd time we suggested turning it on because we were frozen, it was turned on BUT!!! By 17 degrees!!! Naturally, the neighboring group danced to the accompaniment of our ordered DJ, Madame in a pea dress jumped on men and molested our bride.. In general, what can I say, from the bottom of my heart, I do not advise you to choose this institution. It is with great regret that I inform you that similar situations have already occurred in this cafe (read-look at the reviews)... Good luck!
