The hotel is decent, close to the sea, the bus stop is also nearby. City transport runs precisely according to the schedule, which is available at each stop, very convenient. We had a rest in February 2020. The rooms are clean, daily cleaning, European breakfast: cheese, ham, cereal, toast. The dinners are excellent - snacks, 2 hot dishes and dessert. I was surprised to read about the evil hosts, we were friendly when communicating with the hosts, and in response we received a friendly attitude and cordiality. there was a case that we went to another city and returned late, we were late for dinner, so the owner himself offered to feed us dinner, the dining room was opened for us and the waitress served us. We were pleasantly impressed with this attitude. so like in a cartoon about a raccoon - just try to smile, and they will smile back at you.
It is well located, close to the sea, there are many public transport stops nearby. Very decent rooms with good non-current plumbing. We had a view from the balcony of San Marino and the sea. but!!! In 2020, the lack of Wi-Fi in the hotel is akin to the Stone Age. And tube 15' TVs! We were unlucky with the weather, it was raining. And the Internet would help out with the schedule and weather in other cities. Also, if you leave early for excursions, you will not get any breakfast, just a mug of liquid coffee and a piece of cake. The greed of the owners is off the scale!
I lived once. A good hotel is almost near the sea and the promenade. It is convenient to walk. The room is good, the breakfast is decent. The price is not expensive.
