I don't like writing bad reviews, but this incident got me emotionally out of myself, and after some time, I decided to tell you.
Before this incident, we visited the Fed ap branch of the Uchtepa Hokimiyat several times, yes, there were some shortcomings and mistakes, but I attributed this to the human factor and turned a blind eye to it. But, our last visit was something, and after that we didn't set foot there.
And so on 11/14/2024, at 13.05, I went with a 3.5-year-old child to the Fidap next to the house, it is located by the road, next to the Uchtepe hokimiyat. I decided to order a takeaway because we were in a hurry. I went to the checkout counter, placed an order, and paid. And I'm sitting here waiting. And suddenly the child asked to go to the toilet. I went to the bathroom with her, but it was closed. I went up to the guy at the checkout and said that my daughter wanted to go to the bathroom, to which I was told that the toilet was closed. I asked to open the toilet or for the staff to come in, it's a child. He won't be able to take it. The cashier said wait, you don't see any customers. I waited patiently, asked for the toilet again, he said that the toilet was painted, that it was impossible to enter. I asked why you painted it over during the day, because people are coming to you. Open the page, I'll gently lift the baby and we won't need even 30 seconds. They made me beg outright, this cashier with a disgruntled face opened the toilet, and what do you think? There's nothing painted over, and the water drains normally. It took us 30 seconds to get in and out. I go up to the cashier and ask why they do this? The toilet is not painted, but they have closed the toilet and do not want to open it, they are forced to beg them. To this, the cashier began to be rude to me, raising his voice. I asked for takeout, and the girl puts food in my tray. I say, I asked for a takeaway, and then the cashier fidgets and says, "this bitch doesn't like anything," and then I got angry. I started arguing with him about why he was letting me have this attitude. He started rushing at me and insulting me, he wanted to beat me up. I've never seen such rudeness in any institution in my life. Having a spoiled mood with the child, we went on about our business. I called the call center on the way, complained about the service, and they only offered that the administrator of this branch would call me back. He didn't call back, so I called the call center again. They said they'd figure it out and that's it. In the evening, returning home, I went into the fedup and called the administrator, demanded that their employee apologize, to which he told me, you also raised your voice. Is it okay that he called me a bitch and that I should have stood there and listened to the insults? After my arguments, he called this cashier, and this cashier asked for forgiveness with a grin.
In general, the staff is rude and inexperienced. The branch itself is not bad, there is one toilet for everyone.

A good institution has a wide range, but when compared with other fast food here, multiply the prices a little expensive and the waiting time is a little long, and everything else is perfect in quality and taste.
The food is extremely poorly cooked. There is almost no meat in the lavash, it is wrapped too tightly — in about ten layers, which makes it incredibly dry. Cheese cubes leave much to be desired: there is little cheese inside, and the taste resembles raw dough.
