I actually was expecting more since from the entrance they directed us to sit and wait, cuz the waiters are going to get the order. (I was not told that there is a 10 %service fee😭) Even though we came first, the waiters served the other customers, which I didn't really like, because usually cafes work with first come first go method. So we had to wait overall half an hour for them to take an order and the order be ready, which was only a lavash and cheeseburger. The waiter was so nervous, must be his first working day. We ordered a cup cola, but they said that they don't have any straws left, so we said that's fine. But then after 5 minutes he came back and said they only have bottle cola. So we had to drink it without ice🥲. After all things finished, I was shocked they also included a service fee, in fact I am really jit satisfied with their service. Please keep it ordinary like every other fast food cafe does. I guess queue is was better that what I have experienced. I hope that there won't be future misunderstandings.

21.07.2024 When the hall is fully seated, only TWO waiters are present. The guy with glasses is very friendly and nimble, but the waitress-girl is just a drag! She came to take our order and after a question from us about the availability of cola, she went to find out in the kitchen without accepting the order, after 3-5 minutes she reappeared in the hall and went to take orders from other people, completely ignoring us. Lavash is smaller than in Tashkent branches, the taste is worse, there are monthly periods on napkins. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

There is nowhere else to leave a complaint in writing, so I am writing to everyone for reasons of concern for future customers that the staff at this institution leaves much to be desired. The case is not so large-scale, but indicative. My friends and I ordered 5 pita bread, which is probably an impossible task for the staff, because they managed to confuse a single order with pepper with another - completely without pepper (while leaving inappropriate markings on them). We discovered this surprise only after some time, having directly reached the peppers, we told the person serving us, and they were eventually taken away from us. And a few minutes later they were returned with the words that they could not change the pita bread for us, because, you see, we had already eaten half, because in their opinion we should have recognized THEIR mistake from the first bite. Funny. It is not known whether it is the internal policy of the institution or the coordinated decision of the staff not to take the blame, but no one has apologized to us for their mistake. Apparently, WE should have felt guilty for filing a complaint late. Of course, mistakes are common to all people, but real humanity manifests itself in the ability to take responsibility for them. Therefore, dear consumer, be vigilant, because there will most likely be no one to listen to your complaint, and they will not be allowed to perpetuate it in the complaint book, because they simply do not have it.

Атмосфера слов нет. Время ожидания - чуть чуть можно бы ускорить, так как еда на половину остывшая Интерьер уют и порядок Персонал желает быть лучше. В первый раз, просидели пол часа, забыли включить пиццу, на следущий раз официантка обронила поднос с напитками, конечно зрелище не из приятных, брызги слетелись на вещи, правда официантка тысячу раз извинилась. Часто заказываем на доставку. Решили опять заглянуть, но уже без сопровождения официантов, при этом сказала, что есть будем в заведении. Донер подготовили как с собой, напитки не подготовили. После чего попросила официанта, посмотреть готовы ли наши напитки. И решила следом пойти за ним, где он бурно высказывал свое недовольство о просьбе. Персоналу срочно нужно пройти подготовку и быть более уважительное к клиентам!

Кафе быстрого питания, то есть гамбургеры, хот доги, лаваш и.т.д. Готовят вкусно, хотя курица в панировке так себе. Если любите холодные напитки, заранее спрашивайте про лед. Почему то всегда быстро кончается. Обслуживание отличное, готовят быстро и вкусно. Цены нормальные.

Проживал над ними, запах производства не радует. Работу строители на крыше не до конца довели, строителей спасает то что осадки в минимуме, если дожди будут как в Ташкенте то feedUp утонят...
