My colleagues often send me documents from Moscow via tnt, indeed the shipment arrives very quickly, there are no delays But courier delivery in Minsk is something with something I constantly come across an extremely unpleasant courier who allows himself to "tsk" when discussing a convenient delivery time, apparently very angry at the whole world But this should not be the case, this is the so-called "face" of the company. As I understand it, the tnt office in Minsk is a complete swamp, in which the boss does not care at all about the quality of work of his employees (couriers). Because of this, there is no desire to use the services of this company
