We rested at the Santocia Fazenda in July 2024. We were completely delighted. I liked everything: the sea is 5-7 minutes away, as well as shops, cafes. There is a market within walking distance, 15-20 minutes to the center. Near the room on the veranda there is a table with an electric kettle, a shower and a toilet on the 1st and 2nd floors, there are rooms with air conditioning. Summer kitchen with electric and gas stoves on the 1st floor. Everything is clean and cozy, decorated by Svetlana's needlewoman. The hosts are Svetlana and Andrey, open and kind people. They will always help, advise, and welcome you. A great bonus of staying in this place was conducting excursions and trips to the sights of Abkhazia by private transport (minibus) by the owner himself at lower prices. The extraordinarily delicious host's wine and the great Abkhazian shish kebab that Andrey can cook at your request will not leave anyone indifferent. We got there by accident and not for a second. Thank you so much for organizing our vacation. We highly recommend Santocia's Fazenda.

The hospitality is at the highest level!
Rooms with amenities (air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle,shower, toilet, dining area)summer kitchen, kind hosts Andrey and Svetlana will always tell you about the local attractions!
Andrey prepares excellent wine and chacha, you can buy a factory-made bottle, which is not a little important!
Within walking distance of the sea, shops, market , pharmacy!
It was the first time, but I think we'll come back!

We found this place on the Internet and contacted Svetlana using What's App. Svetlana answered all our questions in the shortest possible time. They sent us photos of the rooms, agreed on our expected period of stay at the Fazenda from 30.06.24 to 08.07.24. 30.06.24 We arrived at the railway station, they offered to meet us, but we refused because we wanted to walk after the trip, and especially from the railway station to the Fazenda 5-7 minutes on foot slowly. The hosts Andrey and Svetlana greeted us warmly and friendly. We settled down, went to the beach before it, as the owners write, 10 minutes slowly. The beach is nice, pebbly. The sea was very warm. A few days later, Andrey took Svetlana with him. We were "on tour", to local attractions, namely: Lake Ritsa, Stalin's dacha, new Athos (Visited the monastery) and this whole trip was accompanied by stories from Andrey about the events and incidents accompanying these places. Another day, Andrey and Svetlana arranged for us an unforgettable trip (hike) to Mount MAMZYSHKHA (to its top). First by car, and then of course on foot. We found pedometers that day, we all recorded more than 20 thousand steps. We were exhausted, of course, but it was worth it. On the way to the top, we met a local shepherd (shepherd) herding a herd of goats. He kindly invited us to his house, there he treated us to very tasty goat cheese, wine, and of course Tea. Everyone really enjoyed this trip to the mountains. Andrey and Svetlana also showed us the beauty of the evening view of Gagra, drove the colonnade to the old pier, and there they found amateur fishermen fishing for Mullet. In short, I recommend everyone to visit this place, my family did not regret a single gram that they visited it here. The fazenda is that family relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Andrey repeatedly fried kebabs for us himself (from pre-purchased meat - for which he kindly took us with Svetlana). Thank you very much Andrey and Svetlana for a wonderful time.
