I went to Anapa with my husband by bus, they promised a comfortable bus, but as a result, the air conditioner did not work on the bus (the trip took 36 hours), the seats were broken, the curtains were missing, the bus constantly broke down on the way. We were lucky with the weather, but the fare (the bus is disgusting). I do not recommend it.

I do not advise anyone to take a trip to this agency. We were traveling to Georgia by train. They promised to get to Mineralnye Vody by train and then by bus, and eventually to Krasnodar. Buses are just a wild horror - junk. There is no organization, no responsibility either. It's just a torment with this company. Don't even think about going with her.

I want to share a positive review about the Favorite Travel company, we purchased a tour to Kabardinka from June 30 to July 13, the departure was in the evening from Minsk, we arrived on time, everything was clearly organized under the guidance of our attentive guide Lyuba, special thanks to her for the seats on the bus, she reacted with understanding that we are tall and we need to stretch our legs! There were two stops for hot meals in good cafes. Immediately upon arrival, they settled into Valentine's guest house. The guest house matched the description on the website. We went to Georgia for the second time. The bus was better than last year, but the hotel (we were "Visiting Edik") completely disappointed. The advantage was a large swimming pool and a tennis table. There was also an interesting trip to Batumi, we rode on a ship. Everything else is a complete failure. The food is for an amateur, the rooms are not properly cleaned. On the day of departure, we were fed only breakfast (we left at 23.00). Last year we were at the Aeetes hotel for the same money, we liked it much more. I do not recommend the hotel "At Edik's".

Impressions of "Favorite Travel" remained only negative. I chose this office as a bus carrier from Minsk to Kobuleti (Georgia). Since the road is long, I focused on a modern comfortable bus. At the conclusion of the contract, they assured that there would be such a thing and even showed beautiful pictures. In fact, everything turned out to be quite different. The flight consisted of 3 buses, of which one was still quite modern, but we got the oldest and "Tired" Haiger bus, which has nothing to do with what I was shown and does not meet the requirements for comfort and safety: the tables in the seats were dismantled, there were no footrests, there were malfunctions in ventilation and seat belts (repaired while driving), there was no latch for the seat belt on the rear middle seat, it leaks out of the rear window during the rain, the engine periodically stalled during the trip, and already at the end of the trip the bus stalled completely and passengers had to push it to get to their destination.
We were traveling as a family with two children, but they didn't even put us next to them, and even in the back seat. Who does not know, the back row has 5 seats, i.e. 3 people out of 5 ride shoulder to shoulder to each other, in addition, there is additional heat generation from the engine behind, and so on in the heat and 3 days. I think for such long trips one middle seat should not be sold at all, but the company "Favorite Travel" does not think about people, but only about its wallet.
The company also saves on escorts - only one for 3 buses. Due to incomplete or untimely communication of information to passengers along the way, such as how long the stop is, what kind of stop it is, a sanitary zone or not, why we stand for a long time, whether it is possible to get out or not, why the bus is closed and there is no driver nearby after a hot lunch, etc., because of what there was more than one conflict between passengers and drivers. And also in the absence of an escort, there were conflicts between passengers on seating arrangements, which could have been resolved in advance, but apparently she didn't even want to do it.
I also think it's fair that if we were driving and suffering in the back seats in one direction, then in the opposite direction we could have changed to better ones, because everyone pays the same for tickets, and the conditions are very different. But this turned out to be a big problem. First I wrote a letter to them by e–mail - completely ignored. Then I contacted them via Viber a few days before leaving back to resolve this issue. But I did not meet any understanding on their part - no apologies for cheating with a modern bus, no desire to change trains on the way back, no respect for customers and answers in the style of "what did you want for that kind of money", "don't like it – fly by plane". In general, I do not advise you to contact this rotten desk.

We went to the Abkhazian circumnavigation and were supposed to check into the guest house Asya, but no one was settled there in the end due to lack of places. Pavel, the escort, handed us over to the owner Arthur, who, without explaining anything, drove us around the city in the middle of the night in search of housing, eventually settled in a cheaper place with one bed for two girls in the middle of nowhere. We went to Gelendzhik with friends. We left Minsk by bus. They didn't look new, but the cabin was clean. There were stops, as agreed, approximately every 4 hours. On the way back the same way. The furniture in the hotels is new, the atmosphere is calm, there was a pleasant view from my window. Olga, the escort, turned out to be very friendly. I always tried to help or suggest if we had difficulties. There were some minor issues with nutrition. I recommend that you think about this nuance in advance before your trip. But overall, we are happy. The country is beautiful. And it was great to just change the situation.

We went to Abkhazia on 07/13/2024. When buying the tour, they promised that there would be a new bus, and no one said a word about any transfers. What a surprise it was when there were only 4 vehicles on the entire route to Gagra, of which: 1) Minsk - the border of the Russian Federation - an old bus; 2) the border of the Russian Federation – Lazarevskoye (Sochi) – a new bus; 3) Lazarevskoye (Sochi) – Gagra Square – an old bus. Upon arrival in Gagra, all tourists were dropped off with suitcases on the square, not far from the Ferris wheel, and told to wait for a minibus that would pick us up and take us to guest houses. It was unclear who to wait for and which minibuses, people were just dropped off and that was it. We stood on the square waiting for minibuses for more than 1 hour. 4) Gagra Square - Guest house – old minibus. All vehicles were working properly, there were air conditioners, charging, but there was no WiFi anywhere, as stated in the description of the tour. Then we rested in a beautiful guest house, we really liked the rest, the rooms fully corresponded to the description. The way home consisted of the same transfer scheme as indicated above, only plus, at the border of the Russian Federation – RB, we were dropped off at a gas station for 1 hour, early in the morning, in cool weather, to wait for the bus that took us further to Minsk. The accompanying Evgeny did not give any information, they just sat down and drove off. And also, he answered questions sharply, and was rude to some tourists. All day on suitcases and on the street with children because of her call at 10, after 14, etc. It seems that the "mountain leader" has agreed on a transfer. I told one for 20.00, the second for 21.00. Okay, we waited for the transfer, which was supposed to take us to the bus on the highway. He took us to this highway, but there was no bus with our Love. And so, waiting for the whole honest company with small children at 23.00, we sat like refugees on suitcases, on the asphalt for an hour and a half. Time and Love are two incompatible concepts. The bus came for us, at first it seemed nothing, but by the end of the trip, we were all brutally frozen, with the air conditioner constantly working and not turning off. Some parts of the body were so frostbitten that it was possible to cut without anesthesia. To all the complaints, the drivers replied that they had such a summer regime and we just need to get dressed like them.
Getting off the bus, there was not a single person who would say thank you to this company. And the most terrible thing is that this Love is impenetrable. They tell her why it was necessary to drop people off on the highway, if initially it was possible to take them to the bus, that we would complain to the embassy, etc., to which she replied "this is your right."
People, take care of your time, do not waste it on vacation with this company.

We were lucky — the owner allowed us to stay at the hotel. But people in Abkhazia were less fortunate. 25 people spent the night at a gas station..
2. Instead of a comfortable bus, a super minibus!
In a minibus, in general, it is convenient if you do not cram all 20 people into it instead of 12.
Frankly speaking, the favorite travel surprised everyone here. The driver comes to pick us up at 4 a.m. from the hotel and says that there should be only 4 of us, but in fact there are 10 of us. The call to Eugene (the escort) only angered everyone. I suggested to the driver to leave the extra ones))
3. When booking one hotel, you will receive a completely different bonus:)
If you book Palmyra (Lazarevskoye)— forget it, you probably won't even see her. There were people in every race who didn't get there. Including us.

I definitely do NOT recommend this company (of course, if you do not want to spoil your vacation)... We had a rest in June 2023 in Georgia, the buses are in a dead condition, there is no Wi-fi, the air conditioner is weak or it is turned off (apparently in order to save money). There are 2 buses on the flight at once , one conductor, 100 people in one toilet and an hour to stop , while the conductor Olga screamed hysterically at the toilet door, hurrying everyone, answered only questions that she considered necessary and generally made an unpleasant impression (to put it mildly). At the request of an unscheduled stop, a refusal (expensive long-distance and a bus with children), went to the toilet on the bus... One bus was traveling back without any air conditioning at all in 40 degrees heat !!!! How is that?!!The attitude is just like to animals, I did not think that such a horror could happen in our time (I have never traveled to other countries by bus, but the favorite travel is the BOTTOM!!!) A hell of a road and a spoiled vacation
On the way forward, we changed vehicles 5 times. In one of them, even before the border (on the territory of our country) the air conditioner was broken, we were driving in the heat in a real sauna on wheels. The dead suspension, wooden seats, the bus of the 90s is ready!The staff of the travel agency did not take any action to eliminate this problem until we, standing at the border, began to call and ask to replace the bus for us, because it was simply impossible to go there.After listening to the rudeness from the representatives of the organization, we drove another 100 km in the same emergency bus! After that, we were dropped off without explanation, without any conditions, in the heat and we waited for the bus for 4 hours! As a result, we got there for almost 2 days! Instead of the stated 1.5 !
But the worst thing was waiting for us on the way back !
We waited a whole day for the bus without shelter! Check out of the rooms at 12 p.m. (instead of the stated 6 p.m.), and we were picked up from the hotel only at 11 p.m. the next day! My children and I literally slept on the street! Moreover, we were sitting in complete ignorance whether we would be picked up at all! Then we were waiting for almost two days on the way back on the same (first) broken bus (on which we went to the front. We rode an emergency bus all the way! Who drives for half an hour , stands for half an hour .
The children were sick every now and then, people felt sick from the heat and constant stops, women cried and asked for another bus. But, of course, no one has replaced him. The rest is ruined , the staff of the travel agency does not answer calls , or is blocked . So think about whether you need such a vacation!

In principle, I have never traveled by bus, but my friends convinced me that it was normal. This trip was hell! There were not enough places for legs, although before that I traveled around Belarus on a more comfortable bus. After a while, when it rained on the passage in Russia, it began to rain on us in the truest sense of the word, they tied up what they could, women's pads went into use. Stops were only in squalid toilets, although there were norms along the way, with a shower, well, plans to get there faster is understandable. Once they even landed in the field for need, and then do not linger. Upon arrival, make no mistake, they will settle as they want, even in other hotels, and they didn't care about the contract, they just brought it anyway.The accompanying Olya and the drivers Viktor and Pavel are just super, but the organizer company is just trash, it's a pity for the people who work for this charade and those who use their services. Review of the company PE "Favorit-Travel":
I would like to share my negative experience with the company PE "Favorit-Travel". My trip with them was a complete disappointment, ranging from an incompetent guide to a lack of organization during the entire trip.
The first thing that struck me was that the guide turned out to be completely incompetent. He did not provide any advance stop alerts and the journey essentially came down to the fact that I had to figure everything out myself. Moreover, instead of clearly explaining where the bus was, the guide simply wrote on Viber and silently disappeared, leaving me among the vacationers, not knowing where to go.
The trip itself took two days, and the bus was without air conditioning. My question, why use such buses for long trips, was ignored by the guide, who just shrugged and made a not very smart face.
However, the real trouble began when it was time to leave the recreation center. The eviction was scheduled for 12:00, but the bus did not arrive until the next day at 02:30. We had to wait all this time, and it was only thanks to the kindness of the hosts that we managed to get a separate room for this time. In other bases, people were simply put out on the street with all their belongings.
When the hosts asked the guide what to do for people waiting for the bus, his answer was simple and indifferent: let them go to the sea and then wait. Even the owners refused to continue working with such a guide after such a response.
I strongly do not recommend this company if you want to have a good rest. There is no organization and well-coordinated work in it. It seems their only goal is to get money from customers and then forget about them. The staff is not competent and not organized.

It's a terrible vacation trip. From the very beginning, it was worth noting that the "office" is located in some kind of apartment building, the renovation in the apartment is terrible. But we didn't pay attention to it and soon regretted it very much.
We were going on vacation to Sochi, Lazarevsky district. It takes 1.5 days to go. They promised a comfortable bus, as a result, we rode in a minibus!!!! There is simply no place to straighten my legs, it turned out that the air from the air conditioner blew directly on my head, upon arrival on vacation I had a cold.
We arrived in Lazarevskoye and just waited for 4 hours for our escort to arrive to settle in the hotels.
We arrived at the hotel at 22 o'clock in the evening, the accompanying Eugene went to the owner of the hotel for 2 minutes and left leaving us at the reception. When the owner began to settle tourists, it turned out that my husband and I simply had not booked a room!!! As a result, we were tired, tortured by riding in an uncomfortable minibus, at 22 pm we were simply left without a roof over our heads and without money for other housing (Eugene collected money for travel and for a hotel back in Gomel). For about half an hour we tried to get through to the escort. As a result, we were found a room in another hotel (the conditions are not what we expected when we paid for the first hotel) and did not even apologize for the situation.
The hotel informed us that the room should be vacated before lunch, and the minibus can only arrive home in the morning! We are also going back in the same minibus. Moreover, the fare is not small.
Do not make our mistakes, do not contact this company!!!

On the return trip, be prepared to sit outside until late at night. Specify your exact requirements when ordering. I had two adult children with a double bed (not essential). If you want to go to hell, then you are here!!!!They promised a normal comfortable bus, but they got a minibus in which to drive for 36 hours!!! The return trip is generally a complete mess, the bus was not fixed, and there were more people than seats. Two people were literally sitting on the floor!!!! Everyone was swearing all the time and they were angry. The director of this company just said you wanted a cheap vacation, what are your complaints about me. And you can't call it cheap!!!! I ask you to read reviews about travel agencies before you go, you are going not only alone but also with children!!!! This company just needs to be neutralized!!!! I don't even want to give one star!!!!

We ordered a bus tour to Kobuletti from this company. I really liked the Aetos Hotel, a room with sea and mountain views. The hotel has a swimming pool, all amenities. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
