Recently, when choosing a vacation, we use the services of Favorit-Travel. A good choice of routes and hotels. No problem traveling with them. I regularly go with my children to relax through them. When my husband is on vacation, and he joins us. I recently sent my parents to Gelendzhik to relax. They have only pleasant impressions from the trip. My husband and I went with the Favorit-Travel company to Anapa's Ally Sails Hotel. We are very happy with the rest!!! The ride was on a comfortable bus, the hotel is also good, the food is for every taste. The hotel has a swimming pool, the sea is nearby. Everything for a great vacation! We'll go with them again next year. I advise you!

We went from favorit to Georgia in kobuleti. I liked the rest itself, there are no questions.. The food is specific.. For the children of the island of. But the food was good. The sea is within walking distance. After reading the negative reviews, I was very worried about the tour. We got there comfortably, there were good seats on the train, the air conditioner was working in the middle of the car. The toilets were clean. The bus also came with air conditioning and comfortable seats. The way back was hell.. The bus is an old neoplan from 1998. The air conditioner was barely pulling.. So there was also no gasoline on the highway.. Then the starter broke down.. With grief, they fixed it in half... But they were rushing so it was scary. We did not have time to catch the train to Krasnodar, as a result, we were boarded in Rostov, and this was an extra 5 hours on the bus. On the train, the side shelves with the child were no better and the air conditioner did not work from the word quite so hot.. Naturally, we were not given tickets on hand, the feeling was that the cheapest car.. Although we paid well for the tour.
Overall, it's not bad. But the company has a lot of questions specifically related to the delivery of tourists on vacation.. I'm shooting stars because of this. And we also got to Tbilisi on the way back, but this tour was at one o'clock in the morning. Thanks to our accompanying Anna, who handled all the issues right away.. We stood at the border for 12 hours, both there and back.

Our family vacation in Anapa took place at the Penaty Hotel. The location of the hotel was pleasant – close to the sea and all infrastructure. The rooms are cozy, the staff is friendly. Among the disadvantages are noisy evenings and not always ideal food. In general, "Penates" is a good option for a budget vacation by the sea, especially if you are not too demanding of silence and fine cuisine. Thank you for organizing a comfortable bus tour!

A trip to Gagra to the Izumrudny Hotel.
Everything was fine with the contract and payment. The road there is quite good, except that two hours before arrival and, accordingly, check-in at the hotel, I was told that they would not check into the Emerald Hotel, but would check into another one. The time is one o'clock in the morning, we are taken to that other hotel, where we are not welcomed, because there were no places for us there either. As a result, a woman settled us in a guest house. The next day, we learned from the hostess of the Emerald Hotel that we were not even on the lists and we got to overbooking. We went to Georgia in the summer of 2024, somewhere in July, I do not remember the exact date of departure, the numbers 16-17. We arrived at the place of the meeting and there were 2 buses, white and purple, then a woman whose name was Olga drove up, very pleasant, sociable, outwardly, open, cheerful, knows how to organize and assemble everyone, we divided into buses (+ this company for asking for a bus seat because it is motion sickness, All wishes have been fulfilled! Which was very pleasing), the bus was comfortable, clean, everyone was given garbage bags as needed, there are charging connectors, the seats are well laid out both forward and sideways, the drivers are just super! They are neat, polite, drive the bus well, it was not scary at all with them even at night, the only minus on the bus is that the air conditioner does not work well, during the day it is unbearably hot on the street or on the bus (so take small fans with you, it helped us a lot), everyone was given blankets on the bus at night, the escort was traveling on 2 buses, a general chat was also created so that we are always in touch, the cons start with food, on the way to and from Georgia in Russia we called at the sanitary stop in the dining room,, mom is at home,, there is excellent food, high prices and very unpleasant staff, but judging by that that we went there often, they cooperate, in general, if there is something else nearby where you can have a snack, then do not waste time and money on this dining room, by the way, the queues there are also huge, there were also problems with sanitary stops, most often they were at gas stations where one!!! Terrible travel agency!!! The route was Minsk-Sochi. we were told to go one night and in the morning we are in Sochi. As a result, we arrived a day later!! Secondly, a terrible guide. He behaves terribly on the street, spits, says nothing about stopping. At 1:00 a.m., it includes movies. The bus is terrible. A full bath! Dirty interior. There were stops every 6 hours. When we got on the bus, we sat in the second row and the guide started to drive us away, allegedly he said that you can't get on there. On the day of departure, we were evicted from the hotel at 12:00. All the people were sitting outside until 4:00 a.m. The guide said he would come for us late in the evening. As a result, the bus arrived at 4:00 a.m. And the messages were not answered by the travel agency, not by the guide. During the trip, a chair broke on the bus and people had nowhere to sit. We stopped in Krasnodar to pick up people from Anapa, Gelendzhik. They said that they arrived in Krasnodar at 23:00 and as a result, the bus pulled up to them at 9:20. Consider that people were standing on the street all night. Then, early in the morning, the driver wanted to listen to loud music. People told him to let them sleep, especially those who stood at the gas station all night, but he listened to her anyway.In the direction of Sochi, the guide did not care where anyone was sitting, and then, looking at night, he began to transfer everyone. In general, this is a complete sting. I do not recommend this travel agency to everyone!!! Also a year ago we went to Abkhazia with this travel agency too. And it's not about the road anymore because we were on the train. But they put us in a terrible hotel. If anything, it was shown on the maps as an ordinary secondary school. My guess is that the owner rented the school and converted it into a hotel. Although students lived in it. Cockroaches were running around the rooms. The travel agency showed us not the hotel at all, but just the streets. In short, I do not recommend it to everyone. It's just terrible!!!!

They still need to earn even one star. We rested in Gagra from 08/17.24 to 08/28.24. The nightmare began already with boarding - instead of the promised new bus, another one arrived, we went to Abkhazia with two transfers - we changed the iri of the bus. Imagine how much pleasure you get when you jump with suitcases from one bus to another. When we changed seats for the first time, the seating did not match - the sides were numbered, one seat on the bus was missing. The second time they were transferred to another bus near Krasnodar, an old and inconvenient one. Check-out from the hotel at 12.00 p.m. departure at around 22.00 - thanks to the hotel staff - they were allowed to wait in the room and not in the courtyard of the hotel. But this is not the merit of the company.
On the way back, they sent the seating plan again - one on paper, you get on the old bus, you get on - the numbering of your seat turns out on the other side. Conflicts arise. And out of the blue. But this might not have happened if everything had been done correctly from the beginning. The drivers, when they were driving back, were rude. We didn't have any questions about the settlement - but part of the group had a lot. To the point that there was not even a reservation in the hotels. And imagine the situation - you arrived at one-thirty in the morning - but there are no seats, the attendant cannot give an answer, and the company sleeps at night.
I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!
All the holidays are only thanks to the hotel staff, hospitable residents of this city.

We went on vacation to Abkhazia from this company in July/August 2024. No one warned about three transfers (extremely inconvenient: tired, sleepy, but you need to think about how to pick up things and take seats, because the seating is extremely unorganized and generally took more people than seats on the bus. Many couples were generally seated in different places!) Plus, when they landed in Lazarevskoye, they said to wait 2 hours and it was on the street, in the heat and after a day of driving! The curator. Eugene tried his best, but he is only one for several buses, people are all moody and if you are not ready to stand in queues to the toilet, to the dining room and wait for mothers to feed their children, think in advance whether it is worth taking the bus. The Favorit Travel company is not organized at all: seats on the bus were not allocated, they were not warned about transfers, they said that it was better to buy currency on the spot, although it was more profitable to buy at the exchange rate in Belarus, as well as a fee was not paid in one of the hotels and the owners refused to settle people and this at night, after more 2 days of hell on the bus (which is for super small people, if your height is more than 150 cm, then do not doubt that your knees will rest and plus some seat backs do not lean back at all). Therefore, I highly recommend not contacting this company. The only advantage is the drivers who are professionals in their field and the beautiful nature of Abkhazia.

Favorite-Travel office horns and hooves, I do not advise anyone to go there.. A trip to Georgia by train created only a negative impression of the office.When signing the contract, there was a conversation that train tickets would be to MinVod, which is 250 km. to the border (3 hours drive).And in fact, the tickets were to Krasnodar, almost 700 km. The bus is without air conditioning, the TV does not work).We drove with a traffic jam at the border for almost 4 days, not washed, not shaved (there was nowhere to take a shower) This is the road to Georgia.The way back is even worse.The bus is already different and again without air conditioning.Tickets are from Krasnodar again.There was a traffic jam at the border, they did not have time to get to Krasnodar, they caught up with the train in Rostov, where the bus ran out of fuel on the way because the driver forgot to refuel.And it turns out that half of Russia we caught up with the Minsk train by bus, it's good that at least we didn't have to push the bus to the gas station..And these are services for almost $1,500 for two.In 2023, I went by bus, there were no night crossings (hotels where you could take a shower, sleep on a bed and have breakfast were all included in the price, the tour cost 900 dollars for two). Good afternoon. In early August 2024, we went on vacation to Gagra, on a bus tour. Firstly, none of the favorite travel managers warned about three transfers, it's just tin, constant questions about seating places, people were shocked. Secondly, the new Chinese bus (which we transferred to at the border of the Republic of Belarus / the Russian Federation) is designed for people with a height of 165 cm (very little space for people with a height of 180+). Thirdly, there were questions about waiting for a transfer to the bus (like we had to wait 2 hours for the bus) in Lazarevskoye, fortunately Eugene (our guide) agreed with some driver to take us to Gagra without waiting. As a result, everything turned out well for us and we were at our hotel at 23:55. Although we saw reports that some tourists did not check in until 1:40 ... It was time to leave, and then there were even more jokes! We were picked up from Gagra, then brought to Lazarevskoye, there were two buses that were planned to transfer from Abkhazian buses, BUT there were not enough seats for 4 people!!! THERE ARE JUST NO WORDS !!!!! AS a result, about 4 people remained in Krasnodar (fortunately, we were running to take seats on the bus), because they did not have enough seats. In general, a big and fat minus favorite is travel!!! Their only salvation is clear drivers (masters of their craft, they have a separate respect, they tried to speed up the delivery time of passengers as much as possible) and the guide Eugene, who in fact solved the shoals of the grief of the favorite travel managers... I do not advise you to contact the Favorite Travel company!!!

I want to leave a review and share about my trip to the country of wonderful wildlife, warm sea, vineyards, Georgia to the city of Kabuletti. My tour was accompanied by Minsk tour operator Favorit-Travel and tour operator G.Kabuletti "Visiting Edik".
I had a 9-day vacation at sea. Departure from Minsk and further along the route to Georgia. The Minsk travel agency provided a comfortable bus with USB charging, a wide distance between the seats, air conditioning, which is not unimportant on a long journey at a distance of almost 3000 km. It was supposed to be 2 nights on the bus and one night in a comfortable transit hotel in Nevinnomyssk, Russia. Along the entire route there were sanitary stops in the interval of 4 hours (almost all free), stops at inexpensive roadside cafes for hot meals and at an acceptable price (the first, second, salad at a price of approximately 500 rubles.) And in the meantime it was an opportunity to taste the national cuisine of the area where they arrived.And this is taking into account that the portions are very large. And another plus is that you don't need to take a lot of food with you on the road.
We were very lucky to have a competent guide Olga from the travel agency Favorit-travel, she told us everything, consulted, conducted a small interesting overview and information conversation on the territory of Russia and Georgia about the countries of our stay. There was a visit to the Peoples' Friendship Arch in Georgia, a tour of the capital of Georgia, night Tbilisi.
Then there was a stay at the hotel and check-in. We arrived at 8 a.m. We were settled and fed breakfast. The Comfort Inn hotel in Kabuletti was very pleased with its very cozy rooms, modern renovation and with all amenities: refrigerator, hairdryer, air conditioning, which is not unimportant in a hot country, satellite TV and most importantly, a balcony where you can sit at a table in the evening and eat fruits and taste local wine. If you want music and entertainment, there is a heated swimming pool on the territory and a large enough one and sun beds, a bar where you can sit in the evening. Also at the hotel we had three meals a day in the dining room at the hotel. The cuisine is European with Georgian elements. The dining room is large, there is enough space for visitors, excellent staff service. I would like to express special gratitude to the administrator Marina for the general organization in the dining room, the competent management of the hotel staff, a very kind and accommodating woman, which is also not unimportant. If something was needed, everything could be solved through her.
Leaving the dining room, there is an attic where you can also eat or relax in the fresh air. If vacationers with children have arrived, they can be occupied on the playground, or take a ride in a hammock. There are a lot of green spaces around and comfort is felt, as is the name of the Comfort Inn hotel itself.There are 350 meters from the sea, but when there is good accommodation, this is compensated, and even more so, a little movement never hurts. The beach is mostly pebbly: some small, some large pebbles. It is advisable to take a plastic sunbed and slippers with you to the sea, because it is unpleasant to walk on pebbles.
The owner of the hotel provided 11 sightseeing tours on the tour, which is not unimportant at sea, because not everyone is interested in lying on the sea every day, but they want to spend their leisure time somehow. With the help of Edik, the owner of the hotel, we were organized for our fee additional excursions with discounts that were not included in the tour package: to the Martville skates with jeep rides and boating in the canyon, as well as an excursion to the Prometheus cave.
During the rest, a lot of photos were taken from excursions, where they captured the wild places of Georgia, unseen landscapes. I was in Georgia for the first time and I plan to go there next year too.
There are thermal hot springs in Cabuletti itself, where you can plan your recovery and undergo a course of treatment.
I am delighted with the rest, with the organization of recreation, a really comfortable hotel, with the nature that surrounded us, with the accompaniment of rest by travel agencies "Visiting Edik" and "Favorite Travel". Many thanks to everyone.

If you want to spoil your vacation, then contact Favorit Travel. In August, we bought a bus tour for two to Abkhazia from them (6 nights, 7 days). Managers are rude and generally not interested in you, be prepared) The bus is old, uncomfortable, the air conditioner broke down after a few hours, the drivers did a little, at least at the conclusion of the contract, the manager said that the bus was new in 2023. There was a transfer in Krasnodar, although we were not even warned about it. The guest house itself is not bad, the owners are good. It so happened that on the 5th day of rest, my husband and I got sick with rotavirus, which even got us to the hospital. We were just not able to leave after a day. I wrote to the managers in Viber, described the situation that we would not be able to travel by bus for 40 hours, we are ready to pay, whether it is possible to extend the stay for a couple of days, or at least pay extra for the train. The answer was simply ignore. It's just a miracle that we somehow got around to leaving and arrived with God's help. Our departure was supposed to be on August 28, closer to night, this was announced several times by the company's managers. As a result, my husband and I wake up on August 28 at 9 a.m. and they write to us in Viber that departure is in 2 hours. I'm sorry, could I have notified you later?) Next, 2 lists of people with seats on the bus were dropped into Viber, one bus leaves at lunch, and the second one closer to night. And in the list for the evening bus, we see our surnames and first names, which we simply crossed out with a pen and added to the list of the lunch bus. Actually, the question is, on what basis were we the only ones from the entire group of people with whom we checked into the guest house transferred to this bus? Moreover, a day before that, we wrote that we were ill and were in the hospital. On what basis was one day of vacation at sea taken away from us, for which we paid? We wrote to our escort Evgeny, who told us what the problem is, you have 2 hours. Yes, the problem is that we thought we had the whole day, we hadn't packed up yet, we hadn't bought everything and were going to go to the sea. Managers explained that there are time shifts. Yes, there are, but not so many hours and you need to warn in advance! There was no answer to the question of why we were transferred from the second bus to the first one. Then it was fun. We got to Krasnodar closer to 12 a.m. and then, of course, there was a transfer. And then people realize that there are 3 seats missing on this bus. The driver just turns off the bus and says, either 3 people go outside and wait where they want, or we all sit together on the bus and wait for the second bus that left at night. We're all in shock, it's night, everyone wants to sleep. As a result, three people, including a child, went out and sat at the gas station for almost 6 hours. The accompanying Evgeny simply did not get in touch. How can you put 56 people on a bus with 53 seats? The words of the driver: "What kind of escort, such is the company." Upon arrival, we decided to refund our money for one day of stay, which we were deprived of. We wrote a statement addressed to the director of Favorit-Travel, to which we received a reply that they fulfilled all their obligations to us in full.
And yet, as part of our package of services, we should have had one free tour of Gagra, which, by the way, was not))

I went on vacation with a girl to Georgia (the hotel is visiting Edik). The check-out was 06/03/2024. We drove for 3 days, the escort was Andrey and Irina. Special thanks to our guide Andrey - a good, cheerful man. Let's start with the cons - a tourist bus. Upon landing, all the tourists were shocked. The bus is very old. The travel agency promised a bus in 2023, but in fact a bus according to the guide of the 2000s. Along the way, we often stopped - there were no questions about this. The transit hotel is wonderful. Breakfast is porridge and tea. On the third day we arrive in Georgia, the capital of Tbilisi. We arrived late at 23:00. Immediately after our arrival, a city tour was waiting for us. It was obvious that all the tourists were tired, but no one canceled the tour and we went for a walk around the night city. Then we drove to Kobuleti overnight. In the morning upon arrival at the hotel - "visiting Edik" we received the keys to the room and checked in. The hotel room itself is more or less normal, but there are a number of disadvantages. First, no one cleaned the room, and no one changed the towels either. No hair dryer, iron. The TV was not working. The hot water was constantly turned off and it was always necessary to ask the staff to turn it on. The food is weak, the supplement was asked for once and then it was brought to us unwillingly. I had to go to the nearest cafes after each meal to get enough. The hotel grounds are nice, there is a large swimming pool. The hotel manager is Eduard, a good, friendly man, but the staff is lazy.
To conclude, on the way back to Minsk, our "good bus" broke down in Bobruisk. We waited 2 hours for a replacement.
Bottom line: minus the bus (the travel agency should stop deceiving tourists )
Plus : a good relaxing holiday

I want to leave a review and share about my trip to the country of wonderful wildlife, warm sea, vineyards, Georgia to the city of Kabuletti. My tour was accompanied by Minsk tour operator Favorit-Travel and tour operator G.Kabuletti "Visiting Edik".
I had a 9-day vacation at sea. Departure from Minsk and further along the route to Georgia. The Minsk travel agency provided a comfortable bus with USB chargers, a wide distance between seats, air conditioning, which is not unimportant on a long journey at a distance of almost 3000 km. It was supposed to be 2 nights on the bus and one night in a comfortable transit hotel in Nevinnomyssk, Russia. Along the entire route there were sanitary stops in the interval of 4 hours (almost all free), stops at inexpensive roadside cafes for hot meals and at an acceptable price (the first, second, salad at a price of approximately 500 rubles.) And in the meantime it was an opportunity to taste the national cuisine of the area where they arrived. The portions are very large.
We were very lucky to have a competent guide Olga from the travel agency Favorit-travel, she told us everything, consulted, conducted a small interesting overview and information conversation on the territory of Russia and Georgia about the countries of our stay. He is a man who knows and loves his job.
There was a visit to the Peoples' Friendship Arch in Georgia, a sightseeing tour of the capital of Georgia, Tbilisi at night.
Then there was a stay at the hotel and check-in. We arrived at 8 a.m. We were settled and fed breakfast. The Comfort Inn hotel in Kabuletti was very pleased with its very cozy rooms, modern renovation and with all amenities: refrigerator, hairdryer, air conditioning, which is not unimportant in a hot country, satellite TV and most importantly, a balcony where you can sit at a table in the evening and eat fruits and taste local wine. If you want music and entertainment, there is a heated swimming pool on the territory and a large enough one and sun beds, a bar where you can sit in the evening. Also at the hotel we had three meals a day in the dining room at the hotel. The cuisine is European with elements of Georgian, everything is delicious. The dining room is large, there is enough space for visitors, excellent staff service. I would like to express special gratitude to the administrator Marina for the general organization in the dining room, the competent management of the hotel staff, a very kind and accommodating woman, which is also not unimportant. If something was needed, everything could be solved through her.
Leaving the dining room, there is an attic where you can also eat or relax in the fresh air. If vacationers with children have arrived, they can be occupied on the playground, or take a ride in a hammock. There are a lot of green spaces around and comfort is felt, as is the name of the Comfort Inn hotel itself.350 meters from the sea, but when there is good accommodation, this is compensated and the movement will not hurt anyone. The beach is mostly pebbly: some small, some large pebbles. It is advisable to take a plastic sunbed and slippers with you to the sea, because it is unpleasant to walk on pebbles.
The owner of the hotel provided 11 sightseeing tours on the tour, which is not unimportant at sea, because not everyone is interested in lying on the sea every day, but they want to spend their leisure time somehow. With the help of Edik, the owner of the hotel, we were organized for our additional fee with good discounts additional excursions that were not included in the tour package: to the Martville skates with jeep rides and boating in the canyon, as well as an excursion to the Prometheus cave.
During the rest, a lot of photos were taken from excursions, where they captured the wild places of Georgia, unseen landscapes. I was in Georgia for the first time and I also plan to go there next year.
There are thermal hot springs in Cabuletti itself, where you can plan your recovery and undergo a course of treatment.
I am delighted with the rest, with the organization of a really comfortable hotel, with the nature that surrounded us, with the accompaniment of rest by travel agencies "Visiting Edik" and "Favorite Travel". Many thanks to everyone. The price is excellent, the sea is warm at the end of June, the weather is excellent and the rest was a success!
I'm not saying goodbye to Georgia, but goodbye!!❤❤❤

DESPITE, and not thanks to Favorit Travel, the vacation in Abkhazia was wonderful. But, everything that the hands (or heads) of the employees of this mountain company touched was spoiled. Of course, you need to read the reviews before the trip, and not after, as we did. The first thing that confused me was a contract on several sheets, where there is not a word about what and how much we pay for: travel, accommodation, transfer, etc. We were convinced that 1298 was a payment only for train travel. Is this normal? Where have you seen such prices? Further, we thought that only the bus tour could have problems (old, faulty ones). You can also mess up with the train - this was masterfully handled by the same company: they put 4 people in different cars, the road took more than 2 days.We found out the day before departure. Instead of apologies, annoyance, psychos. With grief and our perseverance, they were changed in half to 1 car, but in different places.
There was also a problem with the settlement. All I had to do was change a 3-bed room to a 2-bed room. Mission impossible! We contacted the hostess ourselves and decided everything quickly., for which we got it, because we jumped over someone's head. No recalculation was made. We waited two days on the way, then we received a verdict: you will figure it out on the spot. Please tell me, then why are you needed????
In general, I wanted to get the service and not think about anything, but we got what we got. They left requests for excursions, but no one in Gagra knows about it. The most frequent answers we received were - I don't do this - call someone back - it's not my job - I'm not responsible for it.

The territory is not very large, but well maintained. There is a swimming pool, a summer kitchen with a barbecue. The beach is wide and sandy. Only positive emotions remained from the rest.

A normal travel agency, there are shoals everywhere! Thanks to the drivers and guide Evgeny for the trip! Abkhazia is a wonderful country! Very beautiful. The bus was not new, but comfortable, with wide seats. We went there for 2 days and 1 night, back at 2 o'clock and 1 noon - which is much more convenient.There were frequent stops for hot meals and so to the toilet, which helped just to stretch our legs, we knew what we were going for. We had a rest in the Aloksi Tsandripsh - good rooms, excellent staff. The children were delighted with the owner's dog - she's like a cat) The sea is clear, there are few people. There was a cafe nearby with live music, I really liked it. Thanks to the Favorite for such a great vacation, and next year we will go with you again to our beloved Abkhazia. And yes, 10 days is very short for such a country!

We bought a bus tour to Abkhazia for June for 2 adults and 2 children. We travel by bus all the time and I have not met such HORROR in the organization in any travel agency!!! During the entire journey from Minsk to Gagra, we changed THREE buses, as it turned out, this Nuance was planned by a travel agency, but no one deigned to warn about it. That was the night, the children, the suitcases...
the work of Eugene's escort and the bus drivers was absolutely not coordinated. When any of them wanted to, then they stopped. Eugene wanted to - we stopped in a paid toilet, an hour later without warning - a stop at a gas station with free amenities and good conditions for a snack - the desire of drivers. As a result, we drove for 42 hours.
We stood in Tuapse for 2 hours without any warnings or explanations, and Eugene got lost. As it turned out, he then decided to change the money. A strange desire to stay in a resort town on Fri evening and change money and swear that it didn't work out. And in Rostov, for some reason, this could not be done or in another city.
We arrived tortured in Gagra at 1.30 am, the day was paid, but no one reimbursed the cost for it!!! I'll run ahead, but they evicted us at 12.00, took us back at 1.00, like homeless people sitting on a bench!!! Beti, suitcases, a strange city!!!
We got off the bus and Eugene says take your suitcases, run across the road, climb on the high curb and go there into the hole of the fence together. The shock is complete, there is nothing to do. No one informed the hostess about your wishes when checking in, as a result, she gives us 2 rooms on different floors, and I have children under 13 years old and when concluding the contract, I focused on two rooms next to each other!!! The company does not care!!!
Tourists were sent to Sukhum on some minibus, as a result, the driver did not know where to take them, dropped them off at night with children and suitcases and left with the words I do not know where to take you. As a result, the local police took our tourists to the right hotels. This is TERRIBLE!!! We have signed up for excursions presented on the site.
We were charged an advance payment on the bus. On the day of the first excursion, they took us away, we stood for 35 minutes, so no one came. The morning was ruined!!! Another joint of Favorite Travel!!! So then I spent a lot of nerves to pick up the prepayment!!!! We refused all Favorite Travel excursions!!!
The day of departure home has come. Shoals again- they were taken away late at night, waiting in the park on benches. Three bus shifts again!!! The volitioners burned to the fullest again - "Yes, I'll arrange it for you!!! " One of the drivers screamed after the mother of a 6-year-old girl asked to stop to the toilet three times, but she was ignored. "I warn you right away, I won't wait for anyone, I'll give you all 10 minutes, I won't wait for anyone, I'll close the door and leave!" You're the same first driver who yelled at our first stop.
There was one entrance/exit door for ALL tourists - in the center of the bus. The front door is not for tourists according to the drivers.
By the way, some of the tourists went back and forth by minibus, which they found out about when they arrived at the boarding place for the tour. Outright cheating. And the most interesting thing is, the driver was ALONE all the way!!!
As a result, Favorite Travel does NOT comply with the CONTRACT on its part!!!
In general, I will not use Favorite Travel company anymore in my life!!!! I do not advise and strongly advise you not to cooperate with this dishonest travel agency!!!!

On August 5, my friends and I were supposed to be settled in the guest house GARDEN BY THE SEA in Sukhum, but we were settled in another city hall in Gagra. Why? When we arrived in Gagra for a transfer, the minibus driver said that there was NO GARDEN BY THE SEA! He also added that a month ago he took people away from nowhere, because this guy threw them. The head of the department, Yevgeny, said that the norms of accommodation were violated in this state duma, so we were being relocated. But here's the catch: the link to the GD HOUSE BY THE SEA was deleted two weeks before our departure. Why didn't the travel agency tell us this itself, if they had the opportunity? Why were we not offered to choose another dg in RB???
I put 2 stars only because Eugene quickly found us a good dg (even in Gagra), because everything was busy in Sukhum.

I would like to express special gratitude to our accompanying Olga, who, even before departure, told in great detail in the chat all the nuances of the trip, gave recommendations on what to take with you, how to deal with currency and many other issues, was in touch 24/7 not only during our move, but also during a vacation at sea. Now I can say with confidence that such long bus journeys are not terrible, do not be afraid to go and enjoy not only the beauties of this country, but also stunning views along the way, which is only worth the Georgian Military Road, the scenery of which is simply breathtaking!

Our trip started with rudeness and inappropriate jokes from the driver, the reason was that the address and time were specified incorrectly by the tour operator.
We left Minsk at 8:00 a.m., the music was playing very loudly for the whole bus, and the driver joked at the request to turn it down. The air conditioner was working on the bus, along with the air conditioner, the driver's window was open, which made our ears pop. When asked to close the window, the driver joked again and said that it was necessary. The road itself was not easy, but because of this attitude towards passengers on the part of the driver and the organizer of the trip, it became unbearable. The infrastructure of the route was not thought out, the sanitary stops were in terrible conditions (there was only one toilet, or there was none at all), the driver's driving style was manic (he wanted to kill us!!!). Serpentine is a separate story, my friend and I are afraid to remember it. The atmosphere on the bus was terrible: the drivers did not listen to the requests of passengers (it seems that the drivers did not know the rules for using the air conditioner, ignored requests to change the volume of music, etc.).
We had a separate story with the organizer Pavel. My friend and I signed an agreement with Favorit Travel (in fact, far from Favorit), in which it was indicated that we would be accommodated in the center of Adler (in the Lolita Hotel). In fact, Pavel informs us on the bus that we will be accommodated in the guest house "Gavan" (it is far from the center....and far from Lolita). Pavel did not give an answer to our comments and questions, he said that it happens, the hotel will be the same as Lolita, and ask all other questions in Minsk. This statement by the organizer Pavel contradicts the stated conditions prescribed in the contract. We were not the only customers who found themselves in this situation. Upon arrival at the Gavan Guest House, we asked the hostess at what time our accommodation was booked. She said that our arrival was planned as part of the trip, which means that the tour organizers deliberately misled their customers by promising one thing and doing something completely different.
The rest itself was pleasant, but it was spoiled by the organization.
All week we have been trying to get the contacts of the organizer Pavel, he promised to create a group where he had to inform the place and time of departure. As you already understood, there was no group, attempts to contact the organizer were ignored. In fact, we are evicted at 12:00 p.m., but at that moment we still do not know where and when we will be picked up and whether we will be picked up (the contract states that we should be warned about the place and time where we should be picked up the day before). Thanks to the hostess of the Harbor, we got Pavel's number. After we finally got through to him, he said he would pick us up at night, we did not know the specific time. We kept in touch with him in a telegram, it seemed like we agreed that they would pick us up at 2-3 nights. As a result, we write to him at 00:30, he calmly informs us that the bus will be waiting for us in 15 minutes (buzz!).

We would like to express our "gratitude" to the travel company Favorit Travel for organizing a trip to Georgia.
It all started with the fact that our contracts were reprinted several times due to the agency's fault. Even the names of the clients did not bother to copy correctly the first time. The departure dates were mixed up. But all this turned out to be a trifle compared to the upcoming trip.
We negotiated seats on the train, taking into account that we were traveling with children. As a result, we got the top places. It is clear that the choice of a carriage and "comfort" with a temperature of 29 degrees does not depend on the travel agency, but it was possible to provide the promised seats.
A bus ride is a separate song! Especially on the way back. Considering that we were collected on the way from their different hotels, we had a choice: put the children in the last seats or the penultimate ones… We had to win seats for the children in the first half of the bus. We were especially surprised by the arguments of passengers sitting one at a time in paired seats that they "paid 10 USD for comfort." . At the same time, neither the drivers nor the attendant interfered with the seating. The question is... in whose pockets did this additional payment for comfort settle....
The job of the escort on the way to rest seemed to be just to collect money from us. For some reason, they reacted negatively to the offer to distribute tickets to passengers. The tour program stipulated: "Travel along the Georgian Military Road with a visit to the Peoples' Friendship Arch (included in the price)- an endless series of stunning mountain landscapes ... " etc. When asked by the attendant why the stated points were not respected, the answer was received that there was no way to stop. In fact, we had such an opportunity. The border was crossed in the shortest possible time, the road was free. We arrived in Tbilisi ahead of schedule. We were provided with a wonderful guide (special thanks to David!). It would seem that you can enjoy the beauty of the city to the fullest, as well as relax after a long journey, have a normal snack. But that was not the case! People ordered dinner and had to pay off without even starting dinner. The escort wrote an angry message to the guide that we "urgently need to be on the bus, and the travel agency is no longer cooperating with the guide!". We ran to the bus and heard that we needed to stall for time to arrive in Kobuleti on schedule, so we were asked to "take a walk in the parking lot!" The people were just "happy"! It was still not possible to arrive on schedule, it was proposed to sit on the bus for several more hours waiting for check-in. It turned out that some of the vacationers were supposed to settle not in Kobuleti, but in Batumi. And we've already passed the city. When asked in what order vacationers will be settled in Batumi, they heard from the driver that "this delivery to Batumi is not included in the payment." And the escort offered an "act of goodwill", saying that she was ready to send them by taxi at her expense! As a result, of course, we were settled. The clause of the agreement with the agency "Payment for services to the Receiving party is carried out by the Customer (tourists) within the framework of contractual relations with representatives of the Receiving party" also raises a question. The money was collected by the escort right on the train. Why is this not specified in the contract?
An endless "series of stunning mountain landscapes with a visit to the Peoples' Friendship Arch" was nevertheless provided to us on the way back. At night, in deep fog and rain. The trip itself was very impressive, extreme: a night crossing over the Krestovy Pass during rain and fog with a driver who constantly struggled with sleep, according to him, had not driven a bus for a long time! At the same time, the second driver gave him commands on how to drive the bus, but he was in no hurry to drive himself. It was only after the urgent demands of the passengers, who were already hysterical with fear, that he finally got behind the wheel. We felt the rain outside in the cabin. When the passenger asked why water was dripping on the child's head, the driver replied: "I don't like the cooling shower) - change seats!" However, he did not specify where to move, taking into account the above-mentioned "additional payment for comfort" and the lack of free seats because of this. The broken hatch, which the driver placed in the compartment, adjusting the wires attached to it for fastening, apparently also included additional comfort.
The rest would have been completely ruined by the efforts of Favorit Travel, if not for the impressions of Georgia itself, the hospitality of the local population, the cordiality of the hosts, the impressive beauty of the landscapes that will remain in our memory for a long time. We will definitely come here again, but, of course, not with this travel agency.
