The ticket was cancelled, I found out about it at the entrance to the bus.
Tutu support's response:
“I'm sorry, but the partner informed us that the ticket was cancelled on TUTU157037913706 due to lack of seats on the bus. This situation occurred due to the fact that the carrier closed sales for the flight late and more tickets were bought than there are seats on the bus. I apologize. I understand how unpleasant it is when a trip is disrupted due to circumstances beyond your control."
Now we have an entertaining quest to get there on time and return the money paid for the ticket (
I went with this carrier for the 3rd time.
July 16th. On the route Moscow-Mogilev.The drivers were polite this time. But, the air conditioning is not working on the bus. In this heat, it is very difficult to travel long distances in the absence of air conditioning. They were cooled by open hatches. Which didn't help much. It became cool only with the setting of the sun. I would like to contact the management of the company. If you provide paid services to the public, then take care of the comfort of passengers. It's still not an hour or two to go, but much longer.
