Today I ordered a minibus, at ten o'clock in the morning, from Slutsk to Minsk (from the koltso stop), the driver told me to arrive at the place by 10:20, he himself arrived only at 10:40. When I entered the salon, I told him that there were no empty seats, to which I was rudely told that there were places. After I told him several times that there were still no seats, he opened the door for me and I moved forward, while listening to "how long will I stand on the street" (all this was with shouting in my direction, instead of helping to open the door, because I had from the first it didn't work out once). Next, the driver was moving at a speed of 120-130 km (the road is very snowy today, only cleaned and sprinkled in places), on my remark to slow down, he told me that he could transfer me back if I did not like to go ahead.. (he is already late for the next route), the speed dropped to 90, but closer to Minsk was still going 110.

Terrible service! Drivers are from the category of boors. They allow the customer to contact YOU. The impressions from the trip are the most negative. There is no customer orientation.
