I don't like it when the shower is fixed.
I was very outraged that there were no drinks at all at dinner. You pay for dinner and each drink separately. Even tea.
The hotel is not worth its price at all.
A really very nice facility the food is great, especially the master saban is great, and the waiter friends are excellent, the rooms are very nice, I recommend to everyone an excellent facility by the sea
Faustina Hotel is located in the small village of Gyuzelchamly, a 20-minute walk from Milli Park National Park. The approximate travel time from Bodrum Airport is about 2 hours. I liked the hotel, BUT there are some little things that many people will find very unpleasant. The hotel, as I understand it, has standard rooms and deluxe rooms. The deluxe rooms are located in a separate annex, with beautiful sea views from the windows, except for the rooms located on the 1st floor (actually the second). On this floor, the windows also overlook the sea, but the balconies are very close to the pool. The difference between standard rooms and deluxe rooms is a newer room design, including furniture, and a constantly working air conditioner. As the clients of the standard rooms told us, ventilation in these rooms is turned on at certain hours, but the hotel management plans to turn it on on an ongoing basis during the active season. Some of the standard rooms face the other side of the hotel, and there is the next hotel (it turns out to be a window to a window). Room cleaning. I can't call it perfect, even in our deluxe room. They cleaned it every day, it seemed to be clean, if you didn't look closely. So the panel above the bed was practically dust-free. When we checked into the room, I had to wipe the wall of the bed from dust before going to bed. Another interesting point. On the day of check-in, we couldn't take a shower because the shower lid was falling off. The day after our comment, the problem was immediately fixed. But I have a question - how was the room prepared for check-in? The maids are polite, they seem to be trying, every other day we had various beautiful figures from towels on the bed. The hotel does not provide beach towels, they are not allowed to take towels from the room. Two bottles of water were brought to the room every day, however, water or other drinks could be safely drunk on site. The territory of the hotel is small. The beach is private Galich-sandy. First you go over the rocks, and then the sand. It is strange that the hotel management cannot remove the stones, thereby providing vacationers with the best access to the sea. The beach is also not clean. I have never seen the hotel staff clean the beach. Mattresses were removed from the sun beds, something was rearranged, but no more.. There are enough sun beds for everyone, they stand both on the shoreline and a little higher, on the grass, and by the pool. Food. Normal by my standards. But, many were very offended. Of the fruits, there were only watermelons, peaches and apples. There were no cherries or strawberries. Some similar hotels had strawberries, cherries and cherries at the same time. Breakfast. A lot of greens, cheeses, olives (small, black and green), cucumbers, tomatoes, two types of dried fruits, canned fruits, omelette (some kind of liquid and very spicy), boiled eggs, sausage (I can't call it tasty), sometimes potatoes or beans, cereals, tea, coffee, bread, soft drinks, buns. We have never offered traditional fried eggs. Dinner. Mashed soups. Pretty good ones. A good set of vegetables, herbs, cheeses, something meat, eggplant, various salads. It's almost the same at dinner, except for a larger second course offer. There were only three fish in the ten days of our stay. No shrimp, seafood, or other such delights. The sweet table was also not particularly diverse. Our goal was not to enjoy food, so we had plenty of food. Strangely enough, dinner at the hotel is at 20.00. It's a little late, of course. But the evening at dinner was always amazing, especially if you were sitting on the big veranda. The sea is roaring. Beautiful sunset and live music every evening. These wonderful evenings are a kind of bonus for all the disadvantages that the hotel has. After dinner, it was possible to dance, which the Bulgarians actively and very beautifully practiced with pleasure. When our Russian music was playing, for some reason, almost no one went out to dance. What else I didn't like about the hotel (but it's purely personal, I guess). This is the widespread smoking of vacationers. Both at the tables during the meal and on the beach. There are no separate places for smokers and non-smokers. The hotel is primarily intended for the recreation of older people. There is no entertainment for children. Although, there were young couples with small children. When staying at the hotel, you should also keep in mind that all travel agencies for excursions from this hotel pick up tourists first. That is, many of our excursions started at 4 a.m. The lunch box on the tour is given out: an apple, a tomato, a little cucumber, a loaf, a small slice of cheese and sausage. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that Milli Park is a 20-minute walk away, which must be visited. Gorgeous views, beaches with azure waters of the Aegean Sea, singing birds, running turtles and wild boars, pine trees and stunning air that you will remember for a long time. We had a rest in June 2019. In the photo: a view of the hotel from the beach, a view of the beach from the balcony; the third photo is "live music" at the hotel at dinner and after it.
There is hunger in the hotel, there is nothing to eat, the chefs look into your mouth so that you do not take an extra piece, some semi-finished products in small quantities.I advise the owners, if they are rowing money at our expense, then we need to spend part of it on proper nutrition.Let them walk around the 4* hotels and take an example from them.
All the advantages (the first line, not the worst repair, good sea) are blocked by a terrible, just terrible kitchen. It's not just tasteless, it's dangerous for your health. Of the six vacationers, five were poisoned, two of them small children. Instead of excursions, we got acquainted with the local hospital.
Pleasant and courteous staff!!! Gorgeous view of the sea and mountains from the window! Into the sunset!!! Good food! Changing towels every day! But the room has not been cleaned once in 10 days....
