We rested with Fatima and Laura, we really liked everything, a very nice, comfortable hotel, everything is clean, well-groomed beautiful territory, friendly attitude. Droplets, trampoline for children, recreation area, barbecue, tables. The rooms are good, new. The place itself is amazing, nature, clear sea, mountains, good beach. There are delicious inexpensive cafes nearby. Thank you so much. I recommend

A great place to relax!!! The sea is 3 minutes away!!! There are pine trees on the beach and a very clean sea. There are a lot of people this year, but there is enough space for everyone. The hotel is very cozy. You come from the beach, and the room is cleaned, everything is clean. There is a shared kitchen, a lot of dishes, a microwave oven, a slow cooker, a large refrigerator. Very beautiful territory, roses everywhere. There is a shop, pharmacy, canteen and cafe within walking distance. Thanks to Fatima and Daura for the rest, for the hospitality. We will definitely come back again 🌸

In February, we booked a room from August 16 to August 24, paying 10,800rubles for the reservation.
In May, we realized that my husband did not have time to return home, of course, we would not have time to go to the sea. I wrote to Fatima asking her to resell our room and return the money, as there are still 3 months left. I was refused or postponed to September, which also did not really fit, since we do not know the exact date when my husband will return. My last text message to her was on the 7th, "I'll ask who can go for us in August, if I find one, I'll write." I'm attaching the correspondence, all this time I was looking for someone who could go for us, if I couldn't find it, I went alone with the child.
Yesterday 27.06 we found (with setra) who will go for us and wrote to Fatima about it, to which we received an SMS saying that our reservation had been withdrawn a long time ago and other people would come there from 11 to 21. And that our money will go for a simple 3 days from 21 to 24.08.
Fatima took off our reservation without warning and made reservations to other people without warning, appropriating our money.
Do I recommend going to this person? THERE IS NEVER ANYTHING! In all social networks, I was added to the blacklist, and all my SMS messages were answered that I canceled my reservation, although there is not a single hint of this in the correspondence.
What if we had come on these dates? We would have just been kicked out, and it would take more than 10 hours to drive.
And also, based on the correspondence, you can see that the number of days, the amount, as well as the numbers cannot be changed. Allegedly, some kind of program chooses numbers there, a person with a notebook is overeager, there is no humanity and there has never been!
She decided to delete the correspondence for June 27, but everything was saved on screen recording.
An unscrupulous person, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

We were in the middle of August for the second time. The first one, last year, was also in August.
Yes, the area is beautiful, green, but not well maintained.
The rooms are good. There is a double bed and a sofa that can be spread out and get two more places. There are six rooms in a separate guest house, three on each floor, but the house is very small, so the audibility is excellent! Each room has a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. Here the shower cabin deserves a separate conversation and criticism! Not only are the cabin doors hanging somehow and water splashes onto the floor through the gap between them, but also the water drains in every shower tray, in every room are clogged! And the saddest thing is that the owners themselves do not want and cannot clean them! The pallets of the cabins are simply installed on the most budget, which do not provide for maintenance and cleaning of sewage drains, and therefore, on the third day only, after repeated requests, we waited for the owners to somehow clean the cabin drain a little! Otherwise, you take a shower and stand ankle-deep in dirty soapy water! Otherwise, there are no complaints about the number. The rooms are equipped with a refrigerator and a TV. And most importantly, there is air conditioning, although not all rooms are in good condition and working....
Another important note is the lack of clothes dryers. She was standing near the door to our room, so we used her, dried our swimsuits after bathing, towels after a shower... But the guests of the other rooms dried wherever they had to! Well, is it really a pity for the owners to spend money on penny dryers, so necessary on vacation near the sea?!
The maid in the guest house is a separate story... Last year, there was a girl named Katya, who worked all day: she cleaned the rooms, watered and cared for the flowers and plants in the yard. He puts on headphones, listens to music and quickly fusses about business - no complaints! In the same year, the maid was a girl named Adica, a relative of the hostess. On the fifth day, we already asked Fatima ourselves, when will the room be cleaned? But Fatima was very surprised, saying that Adica reports on the daily cleaning. It got worse in the yard than when Katya was there. He listens to his music loudly in a portable speaker, the repertoire, to put it mildly, is not always for everyone - for an amateur ...
There are three more suites in the main house. However, the shower and toilet are shared for them, so another question is where is more comfortable?
In the courtyard there is a shared kitchen and a canopy with four wooden tables with benches. In the kitchen, to cook food and boil a kettle for yourself from your own water, you need to take a queue and do it quickly. There are not enough necessary dishes or there is nothing at all. Yes, there are a lot of flat plates, but there are not enough forks, tea cups, there is no normal cutting board, frying pan and salad bowl. The most important thing is why the queue is the only single-burner tile and one kettle!
There are two barbecues in the yard. One has already rotted and rusted, but there is no one to scrap it, and the second is so very wide that out of only six skewers available in the kitchen, only three are suitable in length! It's a pity to buy skewers, so no one uses the grill.
Also, in the courtyard for children there is a small trampoline and a small wooden house with a rocker and a slide. The ladder to climb the slide for the child is not fixed, or it has broken off, and there is no one to repair it, so children should be more careful... It would not hurt the owners to buy a couple of small yard forms for children, besides, there are children in almost every room, and they have nothing to do!
An undoubted advantage is the fact that 70 meters from the gate of the house there is a very good, by local standards, grocery store, which basically has everything...
The main advantage of this guest house is that there is tranquility on the territory - there are few guests and there is no fuss.
It's a few minutes walk to the sea.

We had a rest in early September 2023, took two rooms on the second floor, a suite and a double.
pluses:
-close to the sea
cons:
- they won't even allow you to drink coffee in the rooms, not to mention something else
- it's impossible to open the windows in any room, broken blinds interfere. And you don't need to open them because of the lack of nets, and there are a lot of mosquitoes, you need to take their remedies with
you -the double room is very small
- clothes dryers are only in the suite on the balcony, which is not even fenced
-the refrigerator in the suite is very small and does not cool at all!
- the TV was made only on the third day after repeated requests, and they said that we had knocked down the settings.
-the split system does not pull
-the barbecue area is not illuminated and without a canopy
-it is difficult to call the kitchen a kitchen, there are practically no dishes, there is one kettle for everyone, the electric stove is single-burner
- the garbage is not taken out until you say that the tank is full
- there is no hot water, only sometimes in the suite, it smells very strongly of sewage
-shared shower, sink and toilet are dirty! there is plaque and mold everywhere, the stall does not close, the toilet lid is broken
-towels, it seems that they are just rinsed, not washed, everything is stained
- the hostess is dishonest, tried to cheat with payment, boorish attitude, it's better not to ask or ask for anything
The rest was a success only because of the sea, the pines and the location. If you don't want to spoil your mood and rest, look for other places. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

We had a rest in June 2024 . Very expensive.the price for the room was 6000 rubles. The TV does not work in the room, the air conditioner is old and poorly cooled. There is no Internet, it is only on the street in the yard.Everything is dirty, I clean the rooms very rarely and poorly, we have a bunch of ants in our room, cobwebs everywhere.I do not advise you to transfer your vacation.

Very beautiful territory, everything is in colors, there is a place for children to play , clean linen , there is an opportunity to cook by themselves , but the cooking area is not designed for the number of guests when fully loaded.
We only cooked breakfast, because we were with the children, we woke up early so as not to crowd.
For some reason, "soap and soap" accessories are not issued, they asked the hostess's assistant, she replied that there was no such service.
In my opinion, given the lack of nearby farms. Of course , you don 't have to save money on such small things .
That's why I'm betting 4*
The house is 5 minutes from the beach, so the price is appropriate in
the season .

Positive:
- the territory near the house;
- slide for children, trampoline;
- lots of roses;
- close to the sea;
- not a bad bed, the mattress does not hurt your back;
- gazebo on the street.
Minuses:
- the prices indicated on all types of websites do not correspond to the real case - in fact, it becomes higher on the threshold;
- I did not see hospitality, this is an assessment in general throughout the district, rarely where we are happy to see, we were immediately asked for payment from the doorstep (time 23:00, my children and I were 12 hours on the road, hungry and tired, we were given the wrong address initially, we were tormented to look for), asked about food, sent to go look for somewhere, when everything is already closed at 22, or to warm up what you brought with you...Once again, hospitality is not in high esteem here;
- you immediately go out onto the road from the site, the traffic is frenzied, cars are all around and you have to dodge them all the time, there are no roads at all, pits, pits, cows, horses and manure are a separate topic - it's easier to walk on manure than not to walk on it;
- we rented a suite: the suite is, apparently, compared to other rooms at the hostess, so it's not a suite. There is a balcony, but there is no railing (and what is it for?!) accordingly, we closed it and removed the keys so that the children would not fall out. The Internet does not catch, it is not so difficult to put a penny transmitter to amplify the Wi-Fi signal, but it is not there. The air conditioner is dead, it needs to be refueled. The upper outflow in the shower exists at face value, since it is broken and does not work, the slope of the floor in the shower is made incorrectly - from the drain, thus the water does not go away, but stands all the time. The walls in the hallway are sweating from the humidity of the shower, the door and wallpaper have begun to collapse. The mechanisms of the locks in the doors are broken. The underfloor heating in the bathroom does not work. Soap accessories are not given out (this is at a room cost of 8000 rubles out of season);
- the kitchen needs to be replaced, it used to be a shed, slippery tiles in front of the entrance, it's easy to break something in the rain;
- there is no AVR (generator), the owners should take care of this, the electricity is constantly turned off;
- the roof knocks during the rain so that you need to talk shouting. I won't come a second time.
