I contacted this company with a problem on the TV, everything was fixed very quickly and promptly, the repair took 3 days, which I am very happy with, within an hour they took away the TV, which was very fast, which made me very happy, the master arrived with shoe covers, which is very big + to him. The repair was successful, everything was repaired, they called and asked when it was convenient to deliver it back, the master came, connected everything and checked, he was also pleased that the warranty was so long, not like many for 1 month, which was very pleased the repair was not expensive, which is good that prices do not bite. In general, I am satisfied with the repair, thank you very much.

Excellent service! The TV failed and did not turn on, Fastrem quickly found out and eliminated the cause for a reasonable price + a 6-month warranty for the work performed. In 3 days, the TV has come to life and is going great as before. In another service, they just stupidly offered to change the entire main board, but then the guys determined that the memory was covered on the board and successfully replaced it. Thanks for the great job!!!

A great company, one of the few who picked up the phone on the weekend, they themselves came to pick up the TV, the master in shoe covers is generally something at a new level, I thought this did not happen, everything was fixed in a few days, the price is lower than that of competitors, I advise everyone, generally the head does not hurt, they came, they took it- fixed it - brought it, it's not ideal you'll think of it, the warranty is not like others for a month or a week to check, they said half a year or even more, really a new level of service 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Good afternoon.I am pleasantly surprised by the work of the company.There was a problem with the TV.Despite Sunday afternoon, the response was quick.We listened to the problem on the phone and offered a couple of hours later the arrival of a master for diagnosis.Check-out and inspection are free of charge.The master arrived, quickly identified the defect, having previously taken the part with him (assumed from a conversation on the phone) and replaced it within ten minutes.
Acceptable prices,prompt work,documents,warranty.Everything is at a decent level.I was satisfied.Keep it up !

It was necessary to update the BIOS on an old enough motherboard to support the new processor. But after a regular update at home, the signal on the screen simply disappeared. I called and asked if it was possible to restore the fee, they said that there was a possibility. I brought the payment, they accepted it for repair, the staff is polite. A couple of days later, they called and said that recovery was possible, and they announced the price about what I expected. The next day, I collected the fee and immediately assembled the computer. Everything started up and running perfectly, the latest version of the BIOS was flashed. I didn't have to buy a new motherboard, thanks!

I am very pleased with the work of the telemaster. When the Samsung TV stopped working, I turned to them for help. The staff were polite and professional. They gave me a consultation on the phone and previously named the cause of the problem, with an approximate amount of the solution and explained to me how to fix the situation with the image (the matrix burned down and the image disappeared completely ...). After five days everything was done. Now the TV is working fine! I am grateful to the TV workshop for their work and honest cost, I recommend everyone to contact them if you have any problems with the TV.

Excellent service center.
My LG TV broke down, there was sound, but no picture, but the LEDs were on. As is usually the case in such situations, you want to be repaired day in and day out, and even qualitatively, many of course will say that you rolled out your lip, but not these guys!
They took the TV away on their own and after 5-6 hours they brought it back, fully working. At all stages of the repair, I was notified of the price and asked if I agreed.
Also, the price of the guys turned out to be very adequate, in comparison with other services where I was offered repairs from 300 rubles, the guys did it for 200.

Initially, the TV was given for Repair on Khoruzhey Street...after the diagnosis, they said that there were more breakdowns than expected and called a beautiful considerable amount. After consulting in this workshop, I was told that they would fix the TV for adequate money and convinced that there were hardly more breakdowns than expected. As a result, we took our TV from that workshop and gave it to these guys. Even with the condition that we had to pay for diagnostics there, here we paid an order of magnitude less and remained in the 100p plus (I mean, we saved). They issued a guarantee. They brought it themselves without additional payment. At the same time, repairs were carried out the next day. Thank you so much. I will advise you!

If you repair it, then only these guys have it. They quickly took the TV away, at a convenient time for me, by calling in advance. They diagnosed it qualitatively and, having agreed on the final cost, began to repair it. Two days later, I already had a working TV camera with a guarantee.
