I ordered a burger delivery via the Glovo app. Glovo accepts the order, specifies the delivery time at 21:45-22:00. Then the miracles begin, a message arrives from Yandex Delivery, the delivery time is completely different, Glovo constantly reschedules time.A notification arrives, "the courier has picked up your order and is heading to you," as a result, 40 minutes pass, the Yandex Delivery courier calls me, says traffic jams everywhere, delivery will take another 24 minutes, I started talking to him about the quality of products after such a delivery time, he "-Then you can refuse delivery", that's what I'm doing (loshara😂, I had to wait for a win from Fart, take a picture of the quality and share it in stories).
The miracles continue, I start to deal with Glovo, they redirect me to the restaurant, then to Yandex delivery, as a result, everything comes to the point that when ordering, they note that the restaurant can use its delivery. To the question, then, what is your (Glovo) responsibility, there was no answer🫠
As a result, no burger, no money. The restaurant translates the arrows to “Glovo”, they are to “Farsh”, the arrows move back and forth. Subsequently, Glovo contacts me and asks a question
- "You get your money back" *** sparrows, so you don't have to ask, but return it without talking.
I didn't say anything, they didn't return it to me.....
The moral of this story, be attentive to the orders in the applications .......well, choose the right restaurant to order.
