An excellent burger joint, the atmosphere is no different from Moscow minced meat, prices will be too high for Tashkent, but these are the same 380-500 rubles per burger. The main thing is that it's delicious, "Grandma from Barcelona" has been my favorite for many years, and here it tastes indistinguishable from what I eat in Moscow.

I would like to share my experience at the Minced Meat restaurant. To be honest, I've never tasted more delicious burgers in my life! The restaurant offers a huge selection of burgers, which makes it an ideal place for all burger lovers.
What pleased me even more was the friendly staff. From the moment we entered, we noticed this - a lot of smiles and friendly service. It creates a pleasant atmosphere, which I really appreciate in restaurants.
In addition, I am pleased to note that the waiting time was very short. The staff was organized and ready to serve quickly. I don't like to spend a lot of time waiting in a restaurant, and Minced Meat satisfied my expectations in this aspect.
It should also be noted that the restaurant is always very clean and well maintained. This adds a level of comfort when visiting.
I definitely recommend this restaurant!

A great burger joint, another Novikov franchise after the Cheese Factory. It's great that high-quality establishments come to Tashkent.
In addition to delicious burgers, there is beer (tuborg and sarbast), imported wine in mini-bottles of 110 thousand amounts, a lot of different soda, tea.
If you haven't, then it's definitely worth a try!

The bun turned into dough, there is no hint of real cheese in the cheeseburger, only cheese sauce, a bone was caught in the cutlet.
I don't recommend going there for burgers. There is a place tastier, there is a CHEF in the name (not advertising)

Perhaps these are the best burgers in Tashkent, but the quality is still lower than other establishments of this chain in Moscow or Astana (I write where I tried burgers myself). The cucumber is too salty, there is a piece of bone or cartilage in the cutlet. I've never encountered this before. The cutlet is a little dry, especially for medium roasting. I put 4 out of 5 considering that this is minced meat, and not some kind of noname. I expect more from this chain, I hope the burgers will taste better in a month.

The burgers are delicious. It's about the same as in Russia, but you wait a long time for the order to be accepted in front of you. It's not the first time I've come. There is one polite guy at the checkout who takes orders in turn and it takes a very long time. It's not my fault, but the managers are not doing anything to expand the cash registers. Why not open 2-3 cash desks to accept orders? The queues are long, which is very annoying. Or make automation so that customers can order and pay for themselves, rather than standing in line.
